The cans are a bit difficult to open without holding over the sink because when shaken the pressure buildup will sputter some of the drink up the opening. It’s not as creamy as a non-homogenized milk or a yogurt or a milkshake. But it’s a nice choice for those who can’t digest those products due to lactose intolerance.

This is the best vanilla protein shake I've had in years. It's smooth and blends well. I drink it plain after workouts or often mix it up in iced coffee. I love the low calorie, protein boost it gives me on my fitness journey. I highly recommend this!

What I like about it is that its not thick like a protein shake that feels like you’re drinking chalky protein. It is smooth like milk. It only has 1 gram of sugar! Amazing! I don’t think I’d drink it on it’s own but when you add it to coffee it’s a really easy way to get your protein in & less sugar than using creamer. It makes it taste like a latte which I love. I’d definitely use this in my coffee everyday.

Super yummy lunch lots of protien to kill cravings. I have no complaints. Packaging is easy to open and easy to toss in my mini backpack or gym bag. Will be buying more!

I haven't seen protein drinks come in a can before and the can itself was aesthetically pleasing. I also thought that 30 grams of protein for 150 calories was a good protein to calorie ratio. The drink itself was a lot thinner than traditional protein shakes and I didn't feel any powdery chunks which was definitely a win! Unfortunately, I just didn't care for the taste. I felt like the vanilla flavor was too artificial tasting. I also found it overly sweet. I did try adding it to my coffee, but I felt like it was too thin to act as a sufficient creamer. Tastewise the drink was way better in coffee than by itself. Overall, the product was just okay in my opinion.
