Basic receipts and something new. I've invented my new recipe for Tiramisu. I like to make cream from ricotta cheese and Philadelphia cream cheese. Compare with mascarpone is delicious but too expensive and heavy.

I keep cream cheese stocked on our refrigerator as it can be used in so many recipes and desserts! Philadelphia cream cheese is the best tasting one out there!
