This used to be the only brand I'd buy, but ever since gums have been added, it no longer works in recipes. I don't care if the FDA approves of gums, they taste bad and literally muck up recipes. From cheesecake to frostings, every recipe turns out gooey instead of light and fluffy. So disappointing.

As of September 2014, the FULL fat cream cheese blocks have doubled the carb count per oz from 1 to 2 carbs. (net) It also has the slimy watery feel that the off brand cream cheese has. I see no reason to keep buying the Kraft brand anymore. I will now be buying the Sam's Club Raska's brand which is equal in carbs and quality as far as I'm concerned. It is also nearly half the price than the Kraft. I do not care for the packaging and having to cut/weight it. (You will need to wrap it and store it carefully or it will weep). I MUCH preferred both the quality and texure and for sure the carb count of the Philadelphia-but until they cange the carb count back down to one-I will NEVER buy it again as long as I have an alternative to it.

This is an wonderful product, my son love it and he enjoys his breakfast and snacks when I used it. It is highly recommended!!! It is coming in different types of packaging but I prefer this one because is easer than others to take off. It is a bit pasty, which means it doesn't absorb quickly and form a layer on the toast, which I love.

I absolutely love this cream cheese-I've been using it ever since I started making my special cheese brioche. My family and friends always notice the difference it makes. I make sure to keep it stocked in my fridge because it's also perfect as a spread on bagels, and we use it for sauces and dips, especially during parties. The only downside is that once opened, it doesn't last very long and can spoil easily, but I see that as a sign that it's made without any more preservatives. Overall, I highly recommend this-it's definitely one of the best cream cheeses.

This is great cream cheese! I do not usually eat cream cheese but around the holidays when I am in full baking and cooking mode there is always a recipe or two that asks for cream cheese. It has a creamy, soft texture that can go in both sweet and savory dishes! My husband used to claim that he hated cream cheese but once I made some buffalo chicken wing dip and Carmel apple dip he changed his mind! The flavor of the cream cheese does not have to be strong but compliment other flavors and ingredients in dishes. Whenever I have to use cream cheese for a recipe I always turn to this brand and I believe I always will!

This is my #1 preferred brand of cream cheese! I've always bought this brand. I use it for bagels, soups, dips, veggies, and more! The taste is so creamy and rich. Packaged with a wide variety of flavors and textures in a block or a whipped tub. This cream cheese smells divine.
