Honestly, I don't know what Philadelphia does, but their cream cheese is ALWAYS better than any other brand especially generic. For baking, bagels, etc I always spend the extra amount to get Philadelphia

The best, I don't think I have ever tried any other brand the Philadelphia cream cheese. I honestly stick with with original, it is very affordable really good when you make a Alfredo pasta with and with bagel is delicious.

I don't normally buy this but needed 4 bricks for cheesecake recipe and it blends so well. When room temperature it's so easy to cream and made the resulting dessert really tasty.

This is the ONLY brand of cream cheese that I buy and consume. I use it alone on bagels or toast, or in a ton of different recipes. I love using it in buffalo chicken dip as it spreads and mixes so easily once it is softened.
