In the last 10 years Philadelphia cream cheese has sadly taken a turn for the worse. It used to be my go to, now I often skip, it's too soft and doesn't firm up like it used to.

This is my all time favorite cream cheese. It is smooth and easy to spread. Can use it for your breakfast bagel or even put it in pasta mixed with the sauce and it gives it an extra flavor.

I have used this product to make my mango cream , it tastes so good ,especially the creamy texture it give to the mango was so delicious.I have even tried this one for cheesecake.
