I end up buying 3 packages of Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese 4 oz Pack, 8 oz Bricks every Thanksgiving and every Christmas. You can't go wrong with Philadelphia cream cheese. I always keep this in my fridge to spread on my bagels. This block version is adorable but a little difficult to spread because of the thick texture. I think Philadelphia's cream cheese in cups are easier to spread.
