Very small there's stuff I love the cheese flavor. Would like to bake used for butter. I would say if you want a quick breakfast and your in a rush I would recommend toasting a bagel and spreading a good amount of cream cheese and if you like putting jelly or jam on top well do. I put strawberry jam on top of the spread cream cheese and taste amazing.
