Works pretty well outdoors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV to use outside and during my research learned that QLED TV's are best for outside. It's nice and light and has a great picture. Good sound. No complaints (except the feet stand-wonky-bought a different stand).

Great value in my book

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my vizio maybe a few months ago and must say im happy with my purchase. The size available apps and features are great. Wish i had the option to add additional apps, but other than that, im happy with my purchase.

Upgraded to a 65”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a few Vizio's in the past and finally upgraded to this 65”! Wow what a beautiful picture. The set-up was super easy too! I'll never switch to another brand🫶🏼 Thank you for making such a great product!

Handshake HDMI issues (especially 2.1)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, this TV is almost unusable for my family. I love the picture quality and the on-board apps, but there is something wrong with the HDMI compatibility. I have several high end Onkyo receivers that are all rated for 2.2, Dolby Vision, 4K, HDR, and so forth. I can connect those receivers with other TVs I have (Samsung, TCL, LG, etc). However, when I try to use it with this Vizio, I get a "snowy" no signal screen all the time. The only way I make the HDMI work is to constantly switch the inputs from 1.4, to 2.1, to auto and power the tv on and off repeatedly. I can eventually get the signal back, but when it happens to my wife and kids, they are totally lost and end up just using the basement Samsung TV instead of the Living Room Vizio. There are many reddit posts about similar experiences by other owners of Vizio TVs and multiple brands of receivers. Support was unable to help me, and just said they'd follow up within 3 weeks.

Nice TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple months ago to use as an extra monitor in my home recording studio. It works great for that but I also use several streaming services and Pure Flix appears to not be an app available on this TV. That's my main streaming content and am bummed that I'll probably have to buy a fire stick or Apple TV to get it to work on there.

Terrible product/product support

I bought a M70 series and two M50 series televisions. Slow updates, all three took over one hour to download. Not one set could I install without problems. Product support in India cannot be understood, had to make several calls to find one I could understand, then they could not help.

Got a good one this time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously I had a Vizio that had problems. It was replaced it with this one. This time I got a good one. A great TV, with a great picture. Synchronized itself perfectly into my sound bar and other equipment.

Nice tv

It took me about a week to get use to the features but this tv do get bright be enough for it to work with Dolby Vision, I was able after a few days to intergrade it with my home theater pioneer 504 reciever but the marriage between the two are incredible; HDMI 1 works great with the reciever. If you're looking for a great buy and a 65 inch at that you can't go wrong with great picture on this tv

The picture was good….

Bought this Tv with the intention of using external speakers or headphones. After buying rca Y cables and screwing around for a couple of hours trying to get it to work I decided to call Vizio. I have to tell you the CS rep tried to help…. After about 1/2 an hour trying this and that she put me on hold to talk with a software engineer, she came back to tell me they have a software problem with that model and they are working on the problem with no idea when the fix will be available. Needless to say I wasn't very happy! Obviously Vizio knows there's a problem with that model and either doesn't realize or care about how customers will react to this Type of negligence…. Bottom line is this tv will not support a headphone with the ability to control the volume! That would have been good to know up front and saved me hours & miles. All I needed to be told was that I needed a Bluetooth capable tv….

Thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback today. The model M65Q6-J09 has recently been updated that introduces Bluetooth headphone capability! To get started, place your Bluetooth headphones into discovery or pairing mode. Next you will want to access the VIZIO TV menu, select Bluetooth Headphones, and then select your Bluetooth headphones that are found during the discovery or pairing phase. A headset would be a device that not only receives audio, but also has a volume control interface. The volume control interface from headsets is not supported. If your headset can be used without the volume controls, you could continue to take advantage of this updated connection method, but would need to continue to use the VIZIO remote or the free VIZIO SmartCast app for volume control. Please do keep in contact with our support team if you continue to experience issues. We want to make sure to exhaust all troubleshooting and options to find the best resolution for you.
