I had it in the master bedroom, with less than 100 veiwing hours on it and the screen went out on it. It just digitizes and locks up. Customer support was good we tried everything but no luck. So they are supposed to refund the full cost of the TV. I just need to figure out how to dispose of it.

The picture quality is stunning, with vivid colors and deep blacks that make everything look incredibly lifelike. The Quantum Color technology really makes a difference, and the overall brightness and clarity of the picture is top-notch. The design of the TV is also very sleek and stylish, with slim bezels and a minimalist look that blends in nicely with my living room. It was low for such a great picture quality and it was easy to setup and use and I definitely recommend it to anybody that wants a tv with all the works with a great picture and play video games. When playing movies or series it is really life like. I like that I can cast to the tv from my cell phone also, pictures, music, and movies.

I love the app choices that come pre-installed on the TV and the mobile remote app because my kids always seem to lose the remote. Another feature I enjoy is the smart cast; super easy to use and way nicer than trying to pass a phone around a group if you are looking at pictures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is the picture great, my Vizio V5-Series TV allows me to customize the inputs and even set a default so that it automatically starts up where my AppleTV is connected. I recently returned a TV from another vendor that didn't do that, which was extremely annoying. We have 2 other Vizio TVs that also work great, so we're definitely fans.

Keep making great products and I will keep buying them. I would put this tv up against others that cost thousands more any day every day!! Very happy and satisfied.

Maybe I'm just not there yet with this TV, but the instore model was incredibly sharp and features were really kewl. You can really tell the difference with the Live TV views skin tones do not appear natural. I bought an upgraded ROKU which does appear to sharpen the picture and yet the skin color of peeps is still not quite right. Setup for this TV was arduous, difficult, non-intuitive and required a Tech Support Call in order to fix an issue with the WiFi (which btw I did nothing wrong, it just didn't take the first go-round). Getting connected to my phone was a nightmare. For setup Vizio and costing me nearly 3 hours of aggravation you get 1 1/2 stars. The 3 stars is for features that I DO like. My opinion, (since you asked): Meh. No, I wouldn't recommend this model after giNormous hassle it was to setup and get operational.

The older model i thought eas good, but this is a far greater television. It does have the quantum color as expected and the clarity is better than some of the higher priced other manufacturers
