I bought this a little while ago, everything works well except the mute button. It goes to mute for a few seconds then the sound comes back on. I don't know why this is but it is the same on any remote. this is the only complaint I have!!!!

We love the ease of use, the brilliant colors, and the many apps that already come with this smart tv. Got rid of many hook up's by buying this tv. Not a bad angle to view this tv in the house.
