I recently purchased a large package of Mega rolls of Charmin Extra Strong. The changes you have made are definitely not for the better. After using Charmin for over 10 years, I am going to have to try other brands to find something that is like Charmin used to be. The new size and "strength?" is like buying a bargain brand. You have lost a good customer.

Up to now, I had approved your toilet tissue. Since you reduced the width of you toilet tissue by approx. 1/2" and not increased the length, I find it very hard to appreciate your toilet paper. You have to use even more paper to do what was previously done with less. WHY?

I was initially hesitant about all the claims, but it proved to be everything it claimed to be and then some!!! You want strong yet gentle? Charmins' got it!!! You want anti-clog? Charmins' got it!!! You want a clean bum? Well.... Charmins' got just what you need to make it happen!!! And if you want to go "commando"? You can feel confident that when you use Charmin, you'll be clean enough to go commando!!!

I used to buy nothing but Charmin, but no more! The rolls are narrower now AND the price went up! What a rip off!! Also, the rolls are not cut straight so now they come off wavy. Where is their quality control?! The paper itself is good quality...I would have given it 4 stars, but getting ripped off really drops my rating. I will be switching brands. Also, the bears are stupid, annoying and gross! Sometimes it's just TMI!!

Loved it cuz it WAS soft & strong! Since you've changed it, it's no longer soft nor strong; Now it shreds, leaving "lint" behind & when wet, I've put my fingers thru it multiple times. Why must manufacturers mess with such a good thing?? I changed to Charmin because my former brand did the weak & shred thing. Now Charmin is doing it, too, and I'm stuck with a large bundle of it that I'm EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with.

I can BEARly believe it!!! For over 20 years I've been an unofficial unpaid spokesperson for Charmin (and other P&G products), telling EVERYONE that Charmin Ultra was worth every penny, and actually a much better value in the long run. Well, now your package isn't the only thing that's red...so is my face when I see those people. We are all so unhappy with the change you've made. Sure hope whoever made that bad decision to make a change to what was the best toilet tissue ever, is sitting in the "Thinking Spot". Fuzzy Wazzy was a Bear, Fuzzy Wazzy had no hair, Fuzzy Wazzy wasn't fuzzy was he? Wellll, he is now if he's using the new Charmin Ultra! ...and so are the rest of us. YUCK!!! How very sad that your product was changed. Haven't you ever heard, if it ain't broke, don't fix it? This Bear is going hunting...for a different brand of toilet tissue!

I understand that costs have increased in all manufacturing situations but decreasing the width of your toilet paper roll is ridiculous. I would rather pay more than to be "tricked" into purchasing this decreased size. The rolls now fall out of one of my dispensers and I have to place the tissue on the vanity...not pretty or convenient. Needless to say, I will be searching for another product that will fill my needs. I am highly disappointed since I have been a loyal Charmin customer for many years.

Purchased a large package of Mega Rolls and found that half of them were not completely perforated to the end of the roll. I have never had this happen before, and it was very annoying. What happen to Quality Control. We pay a higher price for this product and can hardly use the whole roll.

I buy Charmin Ultra Strong all the time and loved the product until about 2 months ago. I always buy the Mega rolls and now the width of the roll are too short to fit properly into the toilet paper holder. What happened.....trying to save money and cut corners with the paper rolls. It is embarrassing when someone comes over and the toilet paper doesn't turn properly... I tried buying your product 3 different times thinking that the rolls would go back to normal....but NO, they are all too short now. I will no longer buy your product because of this.

I am a fairly large athletic man and have used the ultra strong Charmin for a long time. The last pack I bought is now significantly narrower than before and the sheets are simply too small to wipe completely without spilling over the sides. I guess it's to save paper, but I will no longer waste my money on and just use more of the "green" stuff my wife buys.
