Your new tolet paper is rough and fells like sandpaper. Maybe stronger but is very abrasive. Do not like at all.

I use to be very happy with this product, but now that the width has been narrowed, I will no longer buy Charmin ultra strong. I'm very disappointed.

smaller rolls...paper wrapped on the roll so loose it falls to the floor ....have used Charmin for years .....that just came to an end

I just hit my third roll of toilet paper that has no perforations. It is very annoying and looks horrible - zaggedly ripped! Poor QC!

My household has used Ultra Strong for 7 years and the last batch we got was DRY, ROUGH and NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE!!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!

Are you freakin' kidding me? You shrunk the sheet size again? If you make it any narrower, we'll be able to store the roll in tape dispenser!

This new design is horrible. It's like using sandpaper. The role has also been reduced in width. Please return to the old width and product design!

Surprise surprise, the thickness has been changed, using twice as much. Lokking for a better product
