smaller rolls...paper wrapped on the roll so loose it falls to the floor ....have used Charmin for years .....that just came to an end

Your new tolet paper is rough and fells like sandpaper. Maybe stronger but is very abrasive. Do not like at all.

This new design is horrible. It's like using sandpaper. The role has also been reduced in width. Please return to the old width and product design!

Used Charmin for years. Since the change in size and texture, I'm looking for another product. So disappointed.

Wouldn't buy anything else. I have tried several other brands and it's not worth it . Nothing better than charmin.

Why did you change this product? It's not strong anymore. It's just like the cheaper brands, which I might as well be buying now.

I was paying the extra to get a good product until you changed and made it more narrow. Now the rolls don't last as long.

I have bought Charmin for a long time, the rolls have gotten smaller, they are not as wide. So I am getting less product for the same money.

Surprise surprise, the thickness has been changed, using twice as much. Lokking for a better product

No I'm not stupid! the rolls are not as wide as they used to be. Hate that. Why don't you just raise the price instead of pretending we won't notice?
