Ultra Strong has been my favorite toilet paper for years because of it's durability, thickness, and strength. Just last week I bought a new pack and I am disappointed to find that the product has changed. The sheets are now much thinner and not as "strong" as they were before. I find myself having to use more sheets now each time as well, so the roll runs out faster. I'm pretty disappointed and might have to find a new brand.

Very disappointed in the recent change to Charmin Ultra Strong. The quantity and quality of the roll has decreased significantly, to the point that I will be shopping elsewhere. Smaller size and lesser consistency in order to .maintain high cost only creates decreased sales. Wise up Charmin.

I had been using this product for a long time, but they recently changed it. I have written to their customer service team and hope to receive a response. The recent changes to this product result in so much lint that it is disgusting and painful to use. I'd like to give it 0 stars.

Compare the width of the rolls from a few months ago, the new packaging has rolls that are significantly narrower. Also notice that the "megaroll" package of 12 rolls used to have 352 sheets, now it is 328, for a total difference in square feet of 501 (old) versus 428 (new).

Your NEW ultra strong toilet-paper is a real rip-off. Along with other manufacturers, you seem to think people do not realize you are giving them less product and also still calling it a "double roll". As well as getting less product (as printed on your packaging in small print of course) your NEW product is rougher in texture than what I could buy last week from you. It looks like what used to be called a single roll.

Purchased ultra strong because it claims on package to "use less". Rolls appeared much smaller but thought I would give it a try. Tried using less but didn't quite do the job.Went through rolls much faster than other brands. Would not purchase again. Also unable to contact anyone, no customer service?

I can't believe that cost saving measures are more important than maintaining the quality of your product. How narrow will you go ? Is the thickness of the ply next ? You need to check out Cottonelle's latest commercial ... you and Angel Soft need to rethink what you've done to your product. Bad decision !

at one time when you bought a "double roll" it was actually double the number of sheets per roll. But since no one makes single rolls anymore, you can't verify that the number is in fact doubled. I recently bought a small package of a generic brand because I ran out of Charmin and the number of sheets on this generic single roll paper was more than what Charmin is claiming to be a "double Roll"

We have used the Charmin Ultra Strong for many years and have even had friends ask us the name of what we used. However, the recent changes to the product make it such that we will be looking for a replacement. The width is drastically reduced making it look silly on the holder. Of course it is also slightly shorter. And then the softness that Charmin has always been known for is gone!!!! It is very sad to see such a fine product fall to the ax of someone who needs to make changes either for profit margins or to have something to do to keep a job in advertising.

I have bought Charmin Ultra Soft EXCLUSIVELY for YEARS (probably since it first came out) - Charmin pretty much my whole life. BUT SOMETHING CHANGED in the last year or so and it really IRKS me. You have a great product, WHY change it???!!!! It does NOT tear straight - leaves a triangle hanging after the per and/or leaves scraps all over the floor!!!!!!!!!! I tried Ultra Strong and it DOES tear straight, so for now, I will switch to it, but I REALLY WANT MY ULTRA SOFT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
