Charmin Ultra Strong is the best! Didn't like hoe the Ultra Soft "performed", but very happy with the Ultra Strong. Only kind we buy! Happy with size package choices available, too.

The tissue is not as thick as it used to be,not as large as it used to be,not as strong as it used to be. I can use less expensive bathroom tissue and have the same quality !!!

Well, corporate greed strikes again. Charmin has changed this product in a least a couple of ways: the rolls are narrower, and the paper is much thinner. I won't be buying this product anymore.

Our family loves this product. We have noticed, however that the quality often varies, especially when we purchase different roll sizes. The main problem I have is that it is hard to compare prices because sometimes the "giant" roll size is 220 sheets, and sometimes it is 209. I find this deceiving.

Why is there NO Charmin toilet paper ? I have not been able to even find it anywhere? During this pandemic we have had to give up a lot but I'm not happy without my Charmin! Has the company stopped production? Are they making PPE's for the medical field?

We will be using another companys bathroom tissues from now on - that "new and improved" (consumers worst nightmare) smaller sheet tissue is not worth putting out - use all the hype you want to have it accepted, but it will no longer be in this household.

I have used Charmin red for years. It was the best. But I will not be buying any more of it until the sheet size is back to normal. I will be switching to a brand made by a company other than Proctor and Gamble. I realize that you are increasing your profit margins by shrinking the width of the rolls, and as a consumer, there is not much I can do except not buy your product. I will be trying to avoid all Proctor and Gamble products until Charmin is offered in the correct size again.

I love charmin ultra strong mega rolls , but.... over the last few months , started wondering why the rolls weren't lasting us as long as they used to , has anyone one else noticed that they went back to the original size cardboard roll ? Only thinner and flimzier ply wise , which means we're getting less sheets on a roll of charmin ultra stong than we used to , but paying even higher prices for it and we no longer need that toilet tissue holder for the toilet paper holder that (we must have in order to use charmin mega rolls) on our tissue holders as they stated in the beginning , if they can't go back to the smaller size cardboard holder and give me my monies worth with the extra sheets they used to have , I just as well go back to using Cottonelle like I used to !!

After many years of buying Charmin my wife has switched our household to another brand which has not reduced the width of its rolls. First the thickness of the cardboard in the core of the roll was reduced so much that rolls are no longer round. Now the width of the roll has been reduced by almost one half an inch...approximantley a 10% rduction with no reduction in price. You have significantly reduced the quality of a great product. After the New Coke experience I thought that companies would have learned their lesson.

I always gave Charmin Ultra Strong a 5 star rating until now because they changed the size of the roll. It is no longer a standard size roll. On the paper holder it looks like paper you see in a public restrooms. I can't help feeling they are short changing their customers. They wll tell you it is better, but not cheaper to make at the same price we pay.
