I have been a brand loyal customer for many years believing I was buying a quality product. Lately, the quality has suffered with wavy role end cuts, inconsistent paper quality and now you've reduced the width of the role. Compromising your product is no way in improve profits. You've lost me as a customer.

Purchased a large package of Mega Rolls and found that half of them were not completely perforated to the end of the roll. I have never had this happen before, and it was very annoying. What happen to Quality Control. We pay a higher price for this product and can hardly use the whole roll.

I understand that costs have increased in all manufacturing situations but decreasing the width of your toilet paper roll is ridiculous. I would rather pay more than to be "tricked" into purchasing this decreased size. The rolls now fall out of one of my dispensers and I have to place the tissue on the vanity...not pretty or convenient. Needless to say, I will be searching for another product that will fill my needs. I am highly disappointed since I have been a loyal Charmin customer for many years.

I buy Charmin Ultra Strong all the time and loved the product until about 2 months ago. I always buy the Mega rolls and now the width of the roll are too short to fit properly into the toilet paper holder. What happened.....trying to save money and cut corners with the paper rolls. It is embarrassing when someone comes over and the toilet paper doesn't turn properly... I tried buying your product 3 different times thinking that the rolls would go back to normal....but NO, they are all too short now. I will no longer buy your product because of this.

We don't have bear bottoms! Each time we purchase Charmin it is more like sandpaper! Perhaps the cheapest is the best after all. We've been users of Mega Rolls since introduced & the Ultra Strong is like sandpaper. From a couple of very Senior Citizens.

Compare the width of the rolls from a few months ago, the new packaging has rolls that are significantly narrower. Also notice that the "megaroll" package of 12 rolls used to have 352 sheets, now it is 328, for a total difference in square feet of 501 (old) versus 428 (new).

I'm not sure what kind of game Charmin is playing now or Procter and Gamble is the parent company but these extra large rolls are what the large rolls used to be. Has anyone noticed that the sheets are much thinner now even though it says 2 ply? I'm not sure if they think that we won't notice? We're paying more for a lot less. I only use Charmin toilet paper however, if they continue this way I will buy generic that is thicker and just the same

I picked up a pack of the small rolls, a package with 24 rolls. Didn't notice until I got home the packaging claimed to be the double roll, (24=48) which it was not (I buy the double rolls as well for master bathroom; and small rolls are for our two guest bathrooms). Anyway the first roll I put on dispenser had NO perferated lines so everytime you try to tear this wonderful soft TP it runs the roll. You have to grab one end and tear with other hand, making a strip to seperate it from the role. 24 rolls of this?? Sad to say, yes. Check your set up. See whats wrong...what happened.

The size of the paper isn't much bigger than register tape. As a long time customer of CHARMIN i will not buy this product ever again. Your ad say's use less, but by cutting the width by 3/4 of an inch, you should correct your ad telling the potential buyer they will have to use more. not only was it much narrower, it cost more. I ma very disappointed with what you have done. I will no longer buy any of your products

While I still recommend this product, I feel there is something wrong. I recently purchased a package of the ultra strong and it is different than the previous package. The quality has gone down! I still have a roll of the "good stuff" from a camping trip we went on and the new product is far from equal. I am not sure why we are still being charged the same price for this newre version, but it is far from what it used to be. I feel a bit cheated. :(
