I got this grill today,missing parts,grease tray and to leveling legs in the sink cabinet,looked every where in both boxes,couldn't find parts,call the customer support and after explaining what was missing,the support said he will get approval from his manager tomorrow and will get back to me,not loosing my hopes,because grill looks really nice!

I bought this grill for our anniversary. It came in well packed still there were few damages towards the bottom around which is no big deal! After we put it together it looked absolutely beautiful. We were so happy that we couldn't stop bragging, until we started grilling! What a disappointment thou :( the worst burned T-bone stake ever!! It does not matter how low you put the burners down it still catches on fire.... we ended up switching to our old Weber grill which I'm glad we didn't get rid off and which just grills perfect like day 1 and it is 15 years old. So we decided to put our old Weber grill next to and compare! After looking in to every detail we determined that the burners are way to close to the grate. At least 2 1/2 inches closer than our old grill which flares as soon as you close it. We are looking in to adjusting grate away further from burners and if possible in the summer or if not replacing grill with new build in as it is just frustrating and embarrassing when we have friends over. Our family loves burgers and steak, more less chicken but neither is possible to grill without burning/flares. If we can figure this out how to re-adjust without purchasing new build in grill I would give 5 star but right now I think 3 star is to much. I really hope that whoever designed this grill looks in to this detail and try grilling something to see for them self. Like I said it is beautiful grill but just for display not to grill.

I was so excited to get this grill! Then to find out about the “threshold delivery” Its about 600lbs total. I literally had to rent an appliance dollie & get extra help to move it. We moved the boxes to the location. As soon as we opened the main box, one of the leveling feet fell out. They are only spot welded on. We started putting it together and discovered that the hardware for one of the handles is missing. I haven't even put together or tried the rotisserie yet. Not sure if all of the parts are there. I did notify Sam's. Was told they would send a new unit. Well that was almost 2 weeks ago & I haven't heard anything yet.

I purchased this island off the Sam's Club website and was delivered a few days ahead of the scheduled delivery date. Packaging of the product is really well done. 2x boxes are delivered...1 being that of the center grill unit, and the second box being that of the sink/trash unit and the side burner/propane storage unit. Each unit in the boxes is secured from damage with metal support braces, foam, and cardboard. Overall, quite impressed with the packaging. Unpacking the sink and side burner units was fairly easy. Each unit is heavy, so recommend 2x person lift and a dolly to move each unit to your final place. The granite tops on each of the units was really impressive and thick. The faux stone has great dimension and looks real. The sink is stainless and the faucet is really nice. I was surprised however to see the attachment fittings for the sink do not contain all fittings to be able to attach to a garden hose. This will require you to purchase a female-female adapter to connect your garden hose to the faucet hookup. The side burner unit is pretty straight forward. The base panel in which the propane tank sits in just floats on tabs as well as the firewall panel above the tank. This made for setup really simple. Unpacking the grill unit was easy as well but immediately after unpacking, it was noticed that a large dent existed on the side of the base panel. Packaging was not damaged, so it appeared this dent existed prior to the unit being packed....not a huge deal since this is hidden once placed next to the sink unit. Knobs on the grill unit however looked quite poorly manufactured. While metal, the ink markings on the knobs were wearing off, and while there is really only 2x different burners (main and rotisserie), there were several knobs with different printing on them....which looks as if the manufactured just installed whatever knobs they had laying around. In addition, the coating on the knobs is already peeling off. For something brand new out of the box, quality of the knobs and print consistency makes for this grill island to appear "pieced together" and lacks quality. The grill unit has really nice stainless steel grates and the lid is solid with a nice, easy to read thermometer. Connection from the grill unit to the propane is done by a quick connect from the main grill unit to a fitting directly below the side burner, then the primary fitting onto the propane tank. The grill unit comes with a rotisserie but I have not unpacked and tried, so I cant quite provide feedback on this element. The bottom drawer is good for storage but unlike one of the photos show, I would not recommend storing buns or any food products in the drawer. There is a gap between the drawer and the drip tray which would allow moisture and/or insects to get inside....thus why id suggest against any food storage. The grill cover is an exceptional item included with the purchase as it covers the entire island and appears made of a good quality material that will protect the island from the elements. Nice thing about this is there is no breakdown or disassembly of the faucet or anything else prior to placing the cover onto the island. Feet on each unit has a nut for raising/lowering to set each unit level. This takes a few minutes, but is rather simple to do if you have a level to check. Once level, the island was even and each unit sat tight up against each other. I see another review that said height was an issue and was a manufacturer defect....but I think its a matter of not having the height adjustment done properly. Access doors and side burner covers are okay. For the price, they are to be expected....not the heaviest duty, but work as designed and I find them to do their job just fine. Overall the grill (center) unit has some areas to improve to gain more than 3x stars but would say for anyone wanting a bbq grill island and does not want to spend 3 or 4x the price, this would be a good option.

This grill appears to be beautiful in the photos. However, there are a few details that you don't know until you receive it and can inspect it in person (which is impossible before the sale due to it being an "on-line only" product). First, the granite around the sink is pieced together in the 2 diagonal corners. The seam is very obvious with space between the pieces. Although this should not be required, that can be patched by a granite installer. The detail that I am most disappointed about is the two side doors have started to rust after only 2 months. The center grill metal is made of stainless steel so it withstands the weather well. However, it is not stated in the description - the 2 side doors are NOT STAINLESS STEEL so, after only 2 months, they are starting to rust. See the pictures attached! This is unacceptable. I paid a good price for this grill expecting all the metal pieces to be stainless steel. The grill and the rotisserie work well. But the appearance is very important - the reason I paid extra for a grill with a stone frame. This is the part that needs improvement.

Delivery a little late, but worth the wait. Great value, quality bbq island and accessories.

Awesome Island grill for the money spent. My neighbor bought a Island grill similar to mine and paid a lot more money.

I bought three of these now for different houses and they are amazing!! Islands like these can cost $8,000 or more. Great value!

The quality on this is amazing! Looks very high end for the price and grills perfectly... we love it and it makes our backyard look great! Get this!
