Bright white, very clean and sturdy.

I purchased this on sale and it is a great for the money it took a littler longer to put together but well worth it (to Me) it has a nice clean look. shipping came sooner then expected with no damage and no missing parts in fact they give you extra nuts and bolts I will add pictures when I time

The item was everything we thought it be. Very sturdy and strong. Very easy to assemble. But they gave us some defective parts and when you call the customer service number that was in the instructions they are very rude and condescending. It's the same person everytime you call. I told them one of the parts was defective cause the holes didn't line up and he proceed to tell me it was my fault and not the company. He proceeded to say out of all the millions parts the machine makes only my was defective. That was his question. And when you call they tell you to email them instead.

THIS IS A WELL MADE PERGOLA OF BETTER QUALITY THAN THE OTHER BIG BOX STORES IN THIS REALITIVE PRICE CATAGORY. THE POSTS AND JOIST ARE OF HEAVY DUTY STEEL. I HAVEN'T PUT IT TOGETHER YET BUT EVERYTHING WAS THERE IN THE BOX AND I EXAMINED EACH PIECE FOR DAMAGE. IT IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE. I DO WISH THE BOLTS WERE STAINLESS STEEL, I PLAN TO SUPPLEMENT AS MANY AS I CAN TO SLOW RUST DOWN WHERE THEY JOIN . BECAUSE IT IS MADE OF STEEL YOU SHOULD BUY TOUCH UP PAINT TO FIX ANY KNICKS MADE PUTTING IT TOGETHER OR THE THEY WILL RUST. 2 PEOPLE CAN EASILY PUT THIS TOGETHER IN 1 DAY OR LESS. WHERE I LIVE WE GET SOME STRONG WINDS FROM TIME TO TIME, I RECOMMEND ATTACHING TO A FOOTING IF YOU DO TOO. I AM USING 12X12 PIER BLOCKS SUNK INTO THE GROUND, BUT ABOVE THE SURROUNDING SOIL.

The set looks used, and some small parts came damage. Couple holes didn't match up. Want to return it but didn't, because its super heavy and didn't fit my car and the shipping is nonrefundable.

Purchase believing the inside dimensions were 10 x12. It is not. Inside dimensions are just shy of 8 x10. It does look real good but just a little smaller than we hoped for. Very disappointed. Description should have been more precise.

gave four stars because I bought in Sept 2022 and had it put up today (March 2023). It took 2 handy guys that read the instructions about 5 hours to put it up and I am very pleased.
