[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Samsung dryer. It works very well and my clothes come out nice and dry. This dryer runs quietly and works to dry clothes quickly. The lint trap is so easy to remove, empty and return to the dryer. The cycle options are nice and it'll dry big heavy comforters without issue. I like that the door can be hung from either side. This came with the door on the correct side for us but I like that it can be changed if needed. The end of cycle tune is a little obnoxious and I so wish it had an option for a basic signal. I also wish this dryer had a light inside that would turn on when the door is opened. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this dryer and am happy with the results.

The biggest complaint I have about this dryer is there is not light inside, and the inside of the drum is dark grey. These two together make it very difficult to see if anything is left after emptying a load. Another feature I like a lot is the timer shows exactly how much time is left in a load. I like the sensor feature since I don't have to guess how long to dry a load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer matches the washer I bought a ew years back and it plays the same end of cycle tune as the washer but in a higher key. It is very eeficient at drying loads and the filter is eas to clean.

The printed labels on front smeared. It's hard to tell what they all say. Samsung says it's cosmetic and won't fix it. The Sensor dry is very ineffective if using a mixed load to dry. It shuts off before items are dry if anything is thicker than something else. If you are purchasing for energy efficiency, DON'T! Samsung said to not use the Sensor dry, only timed dry. This was my 2nd Samsung appliance, and it will be my last! If it doesn't operate for the options purchased, they should replace.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice dryer with lots of room for drying bedding! The dryer works like a dream the sense dry feature is amazing, turns off when the cloths are dry. I just wish we could turn off the end cycle tone off.

went to reverse the door (highlighted feature on the web site). lack of quality became obvious when the plastic pegs on the back of the plastic cover over the unused holes broke off during removal of the cover, despite being removed with much care. both of them broke different pegs. same with the cover over the unused latch slot (tabs broke this time, not pegs). tried online chat on messenger. responsive. wanted pics of parts. then pics of where they go. jumped the hoops only to be told to contact a service center, it is physical damage not covered by warranty. tried samsung support chat on the web site. connects to a group of "expert users". they are still guessing what part i am talking about. buyer be very beware

The controls are easy to use. I like knowing exactly when the dryer will turn off. So I can be there to take out the clothes just as they are done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity and noise level are the highlights of this set. I'm comparing to my old set which I inherited with the purchase of our home. We've been able to almost double the load size with this new dryer. Before we would need to limit our washer load because the dryer would not handle a full load from the washer. Our installer broke the water valve handle when installing the new washer so he was only able to install the dryer, which is silent and amazing! Once the valve is repair and washer is installed I will update my review.
