If you're brave, do it! I'm just surprised they haven't found a way to make this tolerable. I didn't like, and I don't recommend it.

Me on the other hand, I like taking them because I like how it fizzes up lol. The overall taste doesn't really stand out to me but I can testify that it also definitely works for headaches (plus you're drinking water which might be the source of the headache)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The alkaseltzer tablets dissolve quickly and the taste isn't as bad as I thought it would be. The taste was actually like a light bubbly citrus. The downfall is these aren't practical for traveling as you need a glass of water. They do work well for treating headaches, that's all I can speak to as far as usage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dissolve a tablet in some water and drink up. In a few minutes, your pain is no more. Easier than taking the bitter aspirin syrup. No meauring is needed and you don't have to swallow a hard pill. Recommend. Get these!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although helpful, I think by taking preventative medications such as omeprazole we take away the need for this product. It is also messier, more time consuming, and requires other materials to be useful, unlike taking a Pepsid. So I feel it is beat in all the categories it's attempting to keep it's ever shortening fingers in.!

Easy to use, take the tablets, drop them in a cup of water and wait for it to dissolve. Had a nice fizzy look, but drinking it is a whole other thing! It literally feels like I drink drinking fizzy spit. I didn't like it at all, and had to force myself to get past the weird texture. But I can say it did do its job! I was pleasantly surprised how fast it worked, and I started to feel better in no time. I am torn, I hate how it feels to drink it, but it did a great job. I'd say if you are a big texture person, do not try it. But if not, this is a wonderful alternative to taking pills.

It contains the NSAID aspirin and you can drink two effervescent tablets every 4 to 6 hours. The tablets are packaged together, just open and put in 4oz of water. I would recommend this product.

I have GERD and a hiatal hernia, so I have pretty severe indigestion. I take omeprazole every day as a preventative, and it usually works but sometimes if I have something extra heavy, like wine, I need to take something fast acting. Alka-selzter is my go-to when I'm having ulcer-type pain. It always helps. Only downside is it's a little difficult to wash if you don't rinse it right away.
