[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to use this product because I had a headache that I woke up with. There are 2 tablets to a pack. I'm happy that the tablets dissolve in water which means it'll hit your bloodstream quickly and tackle the issue. I thought 1 would be enough but the headache disappeared after the 2nd tablet. It doesn't have a taste other than sparkling water. Definitely recommend this as it was fast acting like in 10 minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these when I was on my cycle instead of using my regular ibuprofen. I hated the taste, it was very nasty to me, I don't think anyone would enjoy that taste but that is the only flaw I found in this medication, it worked wonders for me, and I recommend taking it, if you do not like swallowing pills, just hold your nose and don't think about the taste, the rest should be great.

During my pregnancy heart burn was the worst. I found that this was the only thing that actually helped me a lot. I would normally get it after eating certain foods or when I would go to be so if I already knew it was going to happen I would drink one before hand and try to avoid it. I also drink one if I have an upset stomach and it also helps a lot.

It worked and was effective. My headache and aches went away pretty quickly. I will definitely use again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to Influenster for sending me this product to review for my honest feedback. I had no idea that Alka Seltzer made a NSAID! I recently started seeing my chiropractor for some back/hip pain and thought this would be a good time to test this out. I was super impressed by how quickly this worked. I think most of my paid was gone in 10-15 minutes. The con here is that it tastes awful. So bad, in fact, that I would use a measuring cup to measure out exactly 4 oz of water so I wouldn't have suffer more than necessary. There is a lot of packaging waste, but at the same time, it's convenient to throw the individually wrapped tablets in my purse. This is only useful if I'm somewhere I can get a small cup of water because the last thing I want to do is put them in my water bottle. I cannot with the leftover residue. Overall, it sounds like a bad review, but they worked so well and quickly, I would actually repurchase.

I honestly hate this stuff. I was having HORRIBLE indigestion and my mom swears by this stuff. And I know a lot of people do, but I can't handle it. It tastes terrible and I can't even get it down. I'm sure it works really good because of the number of people who like it but I wouldn't know because I gag everytime I try and take it. 

This product is such a holy grail of mine and is so underrated for its effectiveness! I'll take them when I have indigestion, heartburn, a headache, nausea, or gas, and it always helps relieve these symptoms quickly and naturally. My secret is to take them with a glass of water the night of drinking, and it really helps with any nausea throughout the night and the next morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does help aid in upset stomach, headaches, body aches, and minor fevers, but my god does it taste awful lol. It might be slightly more bearable if you choose a flavor instead of the original like I received.

They dissolved fast and left almost no residue in the bottom of the cup which was really nice. I chose to give them to a friend because I personally am not a huge fan of plain seltzer, so drinking the water from this was more uncomfortable for me than it would be to just take a pill but if you hate taking pills then this is probably the pain reliever for you! I honestly couldn't even tell I was taking medication so it was a nice experience overall :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get headaches and migraines constantly and this did nothing for me. I've only had luck with another brands' combination migraine relief pills. Those have aspirin in them but by itself just doesn't do it for me. It might work better for someone who gets the occasional headache or who needs pain relief. As far as the tablets themselves, they dissolved quickly and the water tasted like tonic water. Not great but not bad. This would be a good product for someone who has trouble swallowing pills.
