Not really the type of person who likes to take medications, prefer more natural remedies. However, this product does what it says, if I'm ever dealing with a bad headache or back pain this usually helps. Love that come in separate packs that way I can easily carry some with me. They don't really have a scent or taste to them maybe just a tiny bit bitter but that's really it. Overall, they are affordable and they seem to get the job done.

I had a love hate relationship with this product. I felt as a teenager it worked slightly for my aching stomach but the awful fizz taste was the worst to swallow down. I was never fond of the taste but the product did slightly ease my stomach issue at the time.

Great if you have a hang over or just having an upset stomach. I love Alka Seltzer .  I have also taken them when I have allergy flair ups or a headache and seems to solve my aches and pains. Tastes just fine, I prefer the flavored ones but does the trick when I'm feeling sick.

Me on the other hand, I like taking them because I like how it fizzes up lol. The overall taste doesn't really stand out to me but I can testify that it also definitely works for headaches (plus you're drinking water which might be the source of the headache)

This is an incentivized review, but it is my honest opinion. I did not know that Alka-Seltzer made an NSAID! I thought the box was the perfect size to hold all of the tablets, so there was not much of a waste in packaging. Each dosage of two tablets is individually packaged, which is mildly wasteful, but great for travel. I'm definitely going to pop a few packets in my purse! The two tablets dissolved immediately in water with some fun bubbling that made me smile. I wasn't quite sure what taste to expect, but I wasn't too impressed by the taste. It was NOT bad, just not great. However, it was refreshing! I started to feel relief from my symptoms very fast, within about 10 minutes my headache was gone. When I take pain relievers via the traditional pill route they always take at least 20 minutes to kick in, so I'm excited that these work so fast for me! Overall, I really like this product and I would happily recommend it to my friends and family!

I tried on a few different occasions for a headache and body aches. I'm prone to migraines so I'm usually okay with it at least dulling the ache but I didn't get that with this. It tasted gross and I saw no change in pain.

The taste is not pleasant at all unless you like seltzer water. I will recommend this product because of how effective it is.

The product dissolved quickly without stirring. It took my headache away, but it was no miracle. For me, I could see myself using a product like this if it were flavored

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a headache, and I wanted to give this a try. It was so fizzy for so long it was hard to drink (for reference, I am a heavy soda drinker). It was barely drinkable and tasted salty. It also didn't help my headache, and I woke up later and took a different medication. I would not take this again. Taking a pill is much easier and more effective.

I was satisfied with the dissolveable tabs but I would not buy this again. There are so many tabs in the box it could last you for about 3 months.
