It does not need any seasoning in my opinion. I love the roll because it is so easy to cut off the end and squeeze it out into the pan, no messiness! The kids could smell that wonderful scent of it cooking and came running out in excitement and at up every bit of what was on their plates. They wanted a second helping but it was all gone! There are a lot of options for cooking with this sausage and I intend to try as many as I can! Love it!

I used this sausage instead of the Jimmy dean I normally use (due to pricing) for sausage balls and sausage dip. They both came out great. I will keep buying this product. For those who say it's bland just add some seasoning to it, it's not hard to do.
