Smoked taste is just right! This sausage is not grainy....it's meaty! The taste is amazing and unique! I strongly recommend!

The flavors were rather good. Not real spicy. We really in joyed it. And was enough in package for more then one meal

Cooked the Sausage on indirect heat. Turned out with out bursting open. Great flavor and just the right amount of spice.
