We have purchased this sausage several times and have never been disappointed! We have grilled it and cooked in the air fryer and both ways it comes out juicy and delicious. Highly recommended as an alternative to pork sausage.

Just tried these for the first time and they were great. Put them on the grill and they were very juicy and tasty. The combination of chicken and apple and spices is right on. Recomend!

The previous versions of the Member's Mark chicken sausages were much better... more flavorful and multiple varieties. The spinach/asiago was the best. The old version also had better packaging... 5 or 6 sausages per shrink wrap. This new product has a very tough skin which is unappealing. Sam's - please bring back the former versions.

I don't like the new version of the sausages. The skins on these sausages are too tough. The first time I had them I assumed they were like the older version. NO! I had a hard time just cutting them. Next few times I fixed them, I had to peel the skin off prior to warming,

These are absolutely delicious! They are so big, you only need one at a time. I package them into freezer bags & thaw out only what I need.

I enjoyed trying the smoked apple chicken sausages. They paired well with sweet potatoes and eggs for a breakfast meal.

These are good, but not as good as the Aidell's that used to be available at Sam's. If at all possible, I would prefer that they get brought back.

Cooked the Sausage on indirect heat. Turned out with out bursting open. Great flavor and just the right amount of spice.

Great flavor on the grill or in an air fryer. Subtlety sweet from the apple but not too much. Family favorite in my house.
