If the source is coming from an external device via an HDMI connection, make sure your cable is a premium high-speed HDMI cable. If you are streaming from an app installed on the TV, test several different apps and make sure they are updated. Please make sure your TV also runs the latest firmware by performing a software update. The software update includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. Great TV and picture but BROKE AFTER 2 MONTHS

Purchased this TV just before Christmas. Just at 60 days in....tv is broken. We intially though it may be the cable connection but wala...nope it is the tv.
