Thought I would give this a try. Box has 5 individually wrapped generous portions of salmon. Each is already generously seasoned and has its own butter. I just took it out of the vacuum sealed plastic, placed it in a preheated cast iron skillet in the oven for 21 minutes and ... perfection! Great flavor and healthy dinner option.

This Salmon is very tasty. This is the only salmon I want to eat with the skin on. I pan sear it and It comes out great. Now the reason for my 1 star. This is SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE IN GEORGIA! No one is able to tell you when they'll have it in stock and the managers are not accepting the requests to order for thier specific store.

Pop it in the air fryer with a sweet potato and nuke some broccoli. Bada bing bada boom - healthy dinner!

Well seasoned. Very flavorful. Some of the portion sizes are kind of small. Will buy again. Used for meal prep.

I have been purchasing this coho salmon for quite some time. It has always been top notch, delicious. My recent purchase, 3 boxes of this salmon. First box was good. Fish in second box, overly large oddly shaped pieces, not fillets. They also tasted fishy and bland. Did not taste like coho salmon at all. I also believe that the piece that I prepared this evening, came from the collar of the fish. I could tell by the shape. Clearly not a fillet. I always prepare the fillets in the air fryer. I leave them in a little longer to get a bit of a crust on the top of the fillet. The so called fillet, I prepared this evening, would not sear, at all. I wondering what type of fish this was. Wouldn’t sear, tasted bland, lemon and butter didn’t help the flavor. Terrible. I didn’t even get halfway done with it. I’m so annoyed that I paid $20 for this. I will never purchase this product ever again! I hate when companies have a product that works, then they go and start taking shortcuts. Ugh!

PLEASE bring back the Sweet Thai Chili Butter Salmon! 😭 It was soooo delicious and easily one of my favorites. The sweet and spicy chili flavor with that buttery salmon was the perfect combination. I was so disappointed to see it gone. Please consider adding it back SAM! Expeditiously I would definitely order it again and again!

Wrapped in Individual portions is convenient and good for portion control. Awesome for a quick healthy dinner. The salmon was moist and flavorful.

Coho Salmon with chili butter is delicious! Easy to cook in the oven or air fryer. Quality is excellent.
