Tried these for the first time the other day and just went back today to grab 4 more boxes never if they'll be there the next time. Absolutely love these!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Sweet Thai Chili Butter Coho Salmon. The salmon was moist, flaky, and cooked beautifully right from frozen. The sweet Thai chili butter melted over the fillet and added a rich, slightly sweet flavor with just a hint of spice without overpowering the salmon itself. I served it with roasted baby red potatoes, roasted broccoli, and a fresh salad, and it made for an easy, restaurant-quality dinner at home. The convenience of having individually portioned fillets made meal prep simple, and cleanup was minimal. If I could change one thing, I would love the option of a little less butter or a lower-sodium version, but overall the flavor and quality were excellent. I would definitely buy this again for a quick, satisfying weeknight meal.

It was OK. Not something I will probably pick up again. Not a fan of how the filets were cut, the seasoning was very heavy handed yet a bit lacking at the same time. I love Salmon, not a huge fan of this one personally. May be for others though. I normally mix up my own seasonings.

These filets are delicious; they cook well in the oven or grill and are tasty.

Coho Salmon with chili butter is delicious! Easy to cook in the oven or air fryer. Quality is excellent.

Delicious tasting salmon. It has a slightly sweet and spicy flavor that cooks well and is great with lots of sides or on a salad. I would lo e to try flavors if they have them. I love that it is wild caught and not farmed.

This is one of the best frozen salmon I’ve had in a very long time. It’s a shame that it’s only seasonal.

These are great for meal prep they taste good and depending on how much you eat you can spit it for two meal. It's also easy to cook.

These fillets come out perfect in the oven. They come with butter and a delicious thai chili sauce. I eat these as part of a healthy low carb meal.
