Just past 1 month since I bought the laser printer and I'm having problems/issues with the black toner cartridge. After cleaning the corona wires and drum unit, I am still experiencing the vertical black streaks, blot inks and scattered ink stains. I have called the technical support and have told me that they'll send a replacement toner cartridge. We'll wait and see; hoping that will fix the problem.

It has the usual Brother quality and dependability.

Envelopes get crinkled when printing addresses. Colors are incorrect. Prints black light at times.

This printer was fine for the first few months. Now it jumps off-line at least once a day. It requires that I reboot every single day.

It works great. We love everything about it except that the scanner feeder pulls the pages in crooked so it scans crooked.

Paper feed from main tray fails to feed indicates that tray is out of paper. Failure occurs when tray is less than 75% full.

Easy set up, easy software installation, easy use, and prints perfectly, what else could you ask for...oh, and it will copy and print double sided if you need that as well...

I do like this product but, it doesn't print very dark. It's very fast which works great for me! The ease of use is the best. I definitely recommend this printer.

So easy to set up & use. Not to mention, it orders your toner for you once that's been set up. One negative - no AirPrint feature. Easy work around is to keep items you need printed in a separate folder.

This printer was very easy to set up, ( which was my biggest concern as I am not a Network whizz), and the multi functional features made doing my taxes a breeze. I would highly recommend it!
