This machine is for our small business and home. Its easy to set up, does each function without issue, and is easy to use. This is actually our second one. We now own two of them. There is no need to download drivers if you use it wireless. Just plug it in and start printing.

Smart Brother

So far so good.  I've not used it a ton, but it was the easiest printer to set up that I have ever purchased!  I really like all of the features and I know it's going to last me a good long time.

Great Printer

Glad I purchased this printer. The setup was easy, and so far, everyday use has been great. I use standard copier paper along with the manual feed for envelopes. The color is great on standard documents and pictures. I was hesitant switching to Brother but I'm glad I did.

Better than expected

The printer does everything I want it to and, wow, it's fast! Scanning is lightening quick, time to first page is very quick, and it has a ton of helpful features. I've been using HP printers for years but am switching over to Brother because I think they are a better value, do everything I need them to do, and don't cost as much to maintain.

Excellent multi function printer, and FAST

I used HP printers for years but these Brother printers are the best. Thier software and user interfaces are intuitive and easy to use and rarely does the printer need to be reset (cycled off and on). They hold plenty of paper and more what's more valuable their ink tanks are large so you don't have that headache of changing the tank cartridges frequently.  We converted both of the printers here to Brother.

Buy the best and cry once

We wanted an updated version for our home-based 10 year old printer.

The new model is much lighter, has updated features, is more compact, and was easier to set up. The control panel is much easier to navigate, and the cycle from print request to finished product is under 30 seconds (vs a few minutes for the older MFC-9840-CDW).

In fairness though, we are still in the ‘honeymoon' period with the MFC-L3750CDW. We only use it infrequentl at this point, and the printer would be more active in late spring, so a product review would be more meaningful or appropriate after 6 months or so.

But, we are happy with the product so far!

OH BROTHER !!!

It would have gotten 5 stars but it keeps dropping the wifi. I have to unplug and replug to get it to print at least twice a day. Otherwise,  it's a great printer!

Brother Customer Service

I used this printer in a small shared office primarily for printing and copying.   Really was a great machine until in would no longer identify new toners.   Replaced all the toners and drums with brother's parts and still no luck.   While its still under warranty I'm not sure its worth the hassle and down time to warranty it.     Going to give brother one more shot since we have all the toners in stock.

Worked great for 10 Months

Not recommended for small businesses. I purchased this for my small office, we do not print much, we got around 300 pages before it ran out of black toner.
