We have used this print, scan, copy, fax machine in our small business office for 2 months now. It is very efficient and user friendly. It sets up easily on computers. We had to download the app on our phones (the printer will not directly link to your phone without the app), but it works well. Overall everyone in the office is in love with this laser printer and I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

Love my new copier, scanner, fax, printer, it's a tad bit slow when it prints double-sided, but that's okay and it does not Scan automatically double-sided pages but that's okay too. It certainly prints them well and I'm very happy with the settings that are available and the touchscreen is wonderful.

Just past 1 month since I bought the laser printer and I'm having problems/issues with the black toner cartridge. After cleaning the corona wires and drum unit, I am still experiencing the vertical black streaks, blot inks and scattered ink stains. I have called the technical support and have told me that they'll send a replacement toner cartridge. We'll wait and see; hoping that will fix the problem.

This is a very useful printer. It connected easily with my Windows 10 computers using the wireless. I bought it because it did duplex printing which it does easily. The color is good, not really photo quality, but that's just because it's a laser. It does regular size envelopes, but not small ones. It copies stand-alone and prints from a computer or iPhone. The first black toner only printed 569 copies, but the color toners were still 1/2 full.

The printer was easy to set up, prints very well one-sided, and is one of the few lasers that fit in our printer cabinet. We inadvertently triggered the two-sided printing function, and it does not work well. It turns the print all smudgy and those smudges persist on one-sided copying for a while. So stick with single-sided printing.

This machine is exactly what I needed and hoped it would be! Easy and intuitive to use, great printing, efficient scanning and auto feed, and nice to look at to boot! This was an upgrade for me from a Brother B & W, and I am very pleased I made the move! I highly recommend it!

A quiet, efficient, fast printer. Colour is very good. Paper handling is good. Easy to setup and use. The scanner works very well, and all Windows features work well. For Apple: AirPrint worked for a while out of the box, then stopped - I can't get it working again.

Fantastic lase printer. Even my photo prnts for montages are crisp and the colors are vivd enough for me. Print speed is more than adequate. Great for home, hobby, home small business use. Don't know about larger business printing use as I am retired.

Much more than I anticipated in the MFC. Very easy to use and separate screen and numbers are a great improvement. I have one small issue. The right hinge that supports the cover is not securely attached to the body of the MFC. I must be careful when lifting the cover due to the hinge not being secure and the cover tends to raise easily. Is there an easy solution for this matter? I did not return the MFC when it was unpacked due to not being able to run my office without the unit.

I am thoroughly pleased with the Brother laser printer. The print quality is great and it has all the features I was looking for. Printing from my phone was a pleasant surprise in how easy it was to set up. I set it up to automatically order toner before I run out.
