I'd love to give this All in One Color Laser printer a higher score, but having to have installed this printer on various platforms on different brands of computers, I've come across too many inconsistent setup issues. Wireless printing is so important nowadays and setting this printer up on a wireless network can be hit or miss. I've installed on Windows 10, Mac OS, and chromebooks. Sometimes the setup process goes perfect, computers and OS recognize the Brother without any problems. Some installations on the same OS become a more tech challenging event. OS doesn't recognize the printer, you have to manually enter IP addresses, you have to shutdown machines, reboot routers, reinstall driver software multiple times just to get it recognized. To me, that's a big factor when it comes to ease of installation of devices. I feel bad for a consumer who might come across these difficulties and struggle just to get connected to the printer.

Printer had one major fault. It prints a page with the following characters almost every time you turn a windows 11 computer on that is connected via usb cable. The following gets printed and wastes paper " Get /eSCL//scabber/status HTTP/1.1 then on next line Host: localhost" This is very annoying. And brother needs to work with microsoft to eliminate this ridiculous waste of paper.

After many years of inkjet printing, I decided to try this printer based on my needs for reliability and efficiency. After being leery of laser printing from the olden days when color laser printing was either poor quality or absurdly expensive, I was very pleasantly surprised with this product. I have been printing at a moderate load level since I purchased it and have experienced no problems, a significant improvement on my previous experiences with inkjet printers. The customer service resources are also superior to my experiences with my prior printers.

Much more than I anticipated in the MFC. Very easy to use and separate screen and numbers are a great improvement. I have one small issue. The right hinge that supports the cover is not securely attached to the body of the MFC. I must be careful when lifting the cover due to the hinge not being secure and the cover tends to raise easily. Is there an easy solution for this matter? I did not return the MFC when it was unpacked due to not being able to run my office without the unit.

The MFC-L3750CDW I purchased arrived in perfect condition and was very easy to set up and get going. This is the most expensive printer/copy/fax/scan machine I have ever owned and I don't regret spending the money at all. Very quiet, speed is excellent for home office or small business use. Very good value.

I am very happy with my purchase. Wireless connection was seamless, hook up and setup was less than 10 min, and after doing my research on what the features of the printer were and how it measured up to others, it has lived up to all the expectations. Would definitely recommend this as a home office printer.

We have used this print, scan, copy, fax machine in our small business office for 2 months now. It is very efficient and user friendly. It sets up easily on computers. We had to download the app on our phones (the printer will not directly link to your phone without the app), but it works well. Overall everyone in the office is in love with this laser printer and I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

Love my new copier, scanner, fax, printer, it's a tad bit slow when it prints double-sided, but that's okay and it does not Scan automatically double-sided pages but that's okay too. It certainly prints them well and I'm very happy with the settings that are available and the touchscreen is wonderful.

This is a very useful printer. It connected easily with my Windows 10 computers using the wireless. I bought it because it did duplex printing which it does easily. The color is good, not really photo quality, but that's just because it's a laser. It does regular size envelopes, but not small ones. It copies stand-alone and prints from a computer or iPhone. The first black toner only printed 569 copies, but the color toners were still 1/2 full.

Very pleased. I've had it one months from it works great. It's smaller than my last printer. AirPrint works great and the touch screen is too. Scanner is fast and paired up easily with paperport. Literally plug and play, quick setup and fits well with my small office.
