Prints quickly. Scan and copy are good. Print and copy leave a smudge on the right side of the paper after a short time with limited use. Tried cleaning. It cleared a bit, but still has smudges.

I like the printer a lot but thing that bothers me a bit is that it keeps forgetting my laptop so it won't print wireless or with my phone when I need to but other then that i love the printer

From the moment we started this up we have had problems. Fine details are blurred and the prints have lines across with ink spots spattered throughout.

I already had one home color laser printer and so I bought one for my office. The black toner leaks constantly and ruins every print. I have to continuously clean the rollers and parts inside in between each print. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

The Brother printer uses tonner instead of ink, no clogged print heads of messy ink. As long as you read the instruction on installing toner cartage it's easy and fast.

The printer is ok. But it have a chip on it and if the toner is low, the printer is lock. Let me change it when i want the change it. Don't lock the printer. I'm very desapointed.

Very easy to set up and get going. Scanning is easy and wireless works great. Was looking for automatic feeder feature and this is all around great for the price. Perfect for my home office.

I like the clarity of the scanning, copying and printing. But a key function I use is the scanning. I don't believe I can do double sided scanning on this machine. If it can do double side then I would have given it a 5 stars.

Love this for my small business. I have had HP for years and now my eyes are open to Brother. It continues to surprise me with the functionality of this printer.

Excellent clarity - I do not need a specific photograph printer for photographs. I print at least seven crosswords per day that are heavy black ink users. I am still using the cartridges that came with the printer. Beats an ink-jet printer by a country mile.
