Excellent printer with 2 sided printing and scanning.

We just purchased this less than three months ago and used it today for first time doing a large printing job. After only printing less than 400 pages the black toner ran out and the printer will not continue to print with a black toner cartridge. I have tried to contact Brother directly to see if they will replace the toner cartridge but when I enter the model number, which is required to get any Brother contact information such as email, phone number, etc., it does nothing. I'm very dissatisfied at this time and hope this is just a fluke and not representative of the product I purchased. I would not recommend this product at this time.

We purchased this machine for our home small office. We trust the brother products as we have purchased an inkjet multifunction product in the past, and also a label maker. Both products exceeded our expectations for performance and reliability, but it was time to upgrade. We love the wireless feature of this laser printer that works seamlessly with all products including Windows 10 applications, iphones, and ipads. Very happy with the performance so far. We have not needed to order toner and are studying to see how long they will last under our normal useage. Have recommended these products to friends and family, and will continue to do so.

After having to throw away another Brother color laser printer, I was skeptical about buying a replacement. Within a couple of weeks, the new MFC-L3750CDW failed. Brother took care of it quickly and the failed unit was ship out of here. For the last two months it has been dependable. And the professional quality of the print is great.

We love the printer, but your documentation for installation and set up is lacking, Needs to be more intuitive and simple. Your doc. looks like a technical person wrote it rather than someone who writes in simple English. I would recommend the printer, but I would tell them that the documentation is lacking.

When you look at all of the waste and wasted time from printers on a day to day basis across the globe, it is mind boggling. This printers cost and cost of operation, quality of performance, ease of use, easily works with Mac ETC is exceptional on all scores. I'm a contractor and the paperwork is a nightmare, this makes it so easy. No brainer, quit thinking about it just get one.

Very easy and reliable machine. It always does what I ask it to do at a lightning speed. I don't think there is a better machine on the market. Unlike all the unreliable HP printers I have had in the past, I would recommend Brother to all the unsatisfied HP printer owners. HP in no way shape or form even come close to the satisfaction I'm experiencing with my BROTHER . Thank you.

Best printer ever! Set-up was easy. Works as it is suppose to. Owned an HP & Canon ImageClass All-In-One; but, this Brother by far is the best!

This Brother MFC-L3750CDW is a great printer! It is easy to install and just as easy to use!!! I have not had a single problem with it. I liked it so much at the office, I bought one for the house.

Document output, both black and color are excellent. Only complaints are the green power light is not very visible and the screen menu options are not very easy to follow. The Reference Guide is required to figure anything out.
