I used to be an avid Apple Watch user, and the Garmin Venu 3s does so much more. I primarily use this product to track strength training, skiing, climbing, snowboarding, yoga, and ice skating. I love the sleep score and sleep coach feature. The scores seem to align with my perceived amount of sleep on any given day. I am still exploring all of the features that this watch has to offer, but I am very excited to learn more about my VO2 Max, HRV score, and heart rate.

I changed from Fitbit because of connection issues with my Apple 14 pro. I find Garmin similar in options with some extras: EKG and other apps. I use find my phone all the time (as long as it is in range — but it did keep trying to connect while I walked around the yard; it finally connected and found it). I love the extended battery life. My son/wife are getting up to 10 days; I’m getting 6 at most so far—probably due to settings. Only problem is it a bit more than occasionally disconnects so I have to manually sync.

I am obsessed with this watch! Didn’t take me long at all to get used to the interface and personalize it to my needs. I’m pregnant and this has become an incredible tool to help me stay organized and on track with my health. Fantastic product, can’t recommend it enough!

I love the watch and how it looks like. I am having difficult time with it recording certain elements. It is also not very accurate when you are doing low impact exercise. The Pilate and strength is more accurate with Apple Watch. Over all I like the watch

I bought the watch two weeks ago and up to now am very satisfied with its performance and all of the integrated features. Especially the customizable options for additional clients such as Komoot or Spotify and also its flexibility when it comes to accessories (create your own watch face, etc.). The problem is with connectivity. The bluetooth connection has needed to be reset three times because the watch and my phone cannot reconnect on their own. This occurs in the morning when you first get up, and if you leave the sleep report before getting close to your phone,...then it drops the connection and needs to be completely set up again from the start (delete the watch from the phone and restart/reboot both devices and then run through the whole set up process again). This is a BIG problem and needs to be corrected by GARMIN.

I bought this watch a couple of weeks ago. I had a vivoactive 4s before and had really like that. The Venu 3s is an even better watch. The screen is brighter and easier to read. The battery life is excellent. I like that it measures my pulse ox, gives me a HRV status, and sleep score, among other things. It also gives more information about each category that can be read from the watch. I can use Siri right from my watch and the sound is pretty good. I can play music, which I don’t really use. I can also answer a phone call from my watch. Because I have an iPhone, I’m not able to reply to texts or see pictures if included in texts. I use the walking, pickleball, yoga, golf, and Pilates activities. The pickleball app can use gps while outdoors, which is kind of comical when looking at the activity when it’s done. Overall, I’m very happy with this watch.

I was used to an Apple Watch, but recently was getting back in to running a fitness and want to try something different and I personally love the look of this watch. I am so happy I have it a try. I am loving it and really like the plan workouts for free. So glad I made the switch.

Great metrics, great battery life, super stylish/sleek design. Bought this watch to use for tracking runs. After the first couple days I was surprised by how many other great features it has. I especially like seeing how my heart rate compares to the different activities throughout my day. One interesting feature is the body temperature change overnight while sleeping. I would advise anyone who wants to invest in a nice fitness watch that doesn't look bulky/too sporty to buy this watch.

I enjoy my watch for its sleek style and available features. But as a lifetime Apple Watch user, I miss several features, for example, being able to answer phone calls and text messages from my watch. Apple also has a very convenient feature where you press a button and it makes your phone beep. I know it's silly, but it's super helpful for moms on the go who can't seem to remember where they last put their phone. So, I've found myself lately using the Garmin only at night and reverting back to my Apple Watch during the day, mainly due to the reasons stated above - texting, call answering, and phone finder. Besides those three missing features, I like the Garmin and would recommend it, and would purchase again in the future.

I had this watch for about a month and it’s the best investment I have made in years. Apart from the fitness aspect, the stats on stress and body recovery are some of the best I’ve seen. It really keeps me mindful and points out when I might be doing too much, which is a helpful reminder to stay grounded and manage stress. It’s also great at keeping you motivated due to it being so intuitive.
