This is my birthday gift (upgraded from a Garmin Vivomove). I was hesitated between Apple Watch and Venu3S, and very happy that I chose Venu3S. Long battery life (one charge can last a week), very accurate to pick up activities, Intensity minutes are much more accurate than Vivomove. I also love the ECG App. Surprisedly accurate on sleep and nap!

Bought this watch to detect AFIB. Turns out if you are athletic and your RHR is under 50 it won't give you a result. This is a poor decision on the programmers end. Many athletes have low RHR and AFIB. Second, when working with a breath pacer and breathing at 6 breaths per minute the watch just gives a reading of 14-15, so this is also useless. I do like the HRV information, so there is at least some value

I have issues with Oxygen saturation that no one has been able to diagnose. I had the Vivo watch before, but it only did night-time sats. This one can be set for 24h/day and is showing some additional issues during the daytime that I was not aware of, but explains the strange headaches I get. Between the watch and my Doc's we can figure this out!! Super helpful to be able to "watch" this (no pun intended)

I’ve had this watch for a month now and it’s safe to say I love it. I switched from an Apple Watch to this so it took some getting used to but overall, would never turn back. The interface is beautiful, works smoothly and I love how customizable the watch faces are. I only wish they had more “fancy” looking watch band options!

I love my Venu 3S. I bought it just over a year ago. Suddenly had problems charging it and Ibrwached out to Garmin for help. They were great in trouble shooting and even eventually sent me a new one. Came to find out it was the charger that was bad, not the watch! Garmin is very helpful and we’re great through it all!

I purchased the device which is not cheap at all. It’s a pity that there isn’t an automatic sync for contacts like there used to be in an old device I had. Also, it is still not possible to initiate viewing messages and/or sending messages from the watch to the mobile device.

I’ve been using the Venu 3s for several weeks straight now and LOVE it. This was an upgrade for me from the Vivoactive 3s which I also loved, but the Venu can do so much more. I love that I can now track my HIIT workouts (previously I just used the Strength mode since the vivoactive didn’t have HIIT mode), and I really enjoy the workout summaries right on my watch telling me how I performed and how this affects my day, and also how long it will take me to recover. I love the Sleep score, Body Battery and sleep coach. Although my husband’s vivoactive 4 also shows body battery, I think the Venu 3 gives way more detail. When I got sick, the body battery indicator really was accurate with how I felt! And the sleep stats were very helpful in understanding the rest I needed. The Venu also really does last so long - mine lasts a full 7 days without recharging (probably can last longer but I usually charge when it gets down to 30%) so I really love that! It can do a lot of “Apple Watch” like features but I personally don’t care about those things so I have those all turned off - it’s why I got a Garmin in the first place vs an Apple Watch. I love that they have the options there if you want it, but can turn off for people like me who solely care about the fitness/health tracking!

great battery life. all the features you could want. the Garmin app store is a little pesky to get set up but once you do it's good to go. I'm sure some of the apple watch or Samsung's watches integrate more seamlessly but I don't foresee switching charges super fast. makes a great smart watch for all levels of tech knowledge. the adaptive goals on the step counter and fitness tracker are super helpful.

Great everyday watch ... ability to monitor all health stats throughout the day, synch all data to Garmin Connect and the ECG function are game changers...longtime user of all Garmin cycling related products & apps...hands down...better than Apple watch.

I was tired of charging my other watch every night and not recognizing my heart rate during workouts. I have not had issues with battery life or heart rate detection with the Venu 3S. My only complaint after wearing this watch for 2 weeks is the Bluetooth range with my phone. If my phone is in my bedroom and I am in the kitchen with my watch, my watch will not receive notifications.
