Not worth the price

I really wanted to love it and I did initially but it stopped working after under a month and had to be returned.

I want to love this, although it has been hard. Have had it since a little after father's day at first things went a little smooth, it was well packed, and fairly simple (not easy) to get it out of the box. Set up was meh, uneventful, have been using it under the desk when working from home and have started to want to use it for running. I spend more time adjusting this thing than I do walking or running on it. The pad base makes awful noises above 1.5 mph, the belt slips and the handles are not easy to get adjusted properly. The bouncing of the pad on the floor has been unsolvable so far, as you cannot adjust while you are on the pad, you have to get off, adjust, get back on, see where it's gonna bump around then repeat until you maybe just get sick of trying. I'm sweating more after trying to adjust the base and oil the little dial on the arm adjust than I would had I run a few miles. The remote is trash, it worked for a few months now is useless, so I have to keep my phone nearby, as the little slit on the ha dle is useless, clause of the bumping and moving of the pad. I wouldn't put my Fold 4 in it as it's worth more than this wobbly pad. I'd say if you absolutely have no room for a walking pad go for it, as a running device bot work the monet or the hassel - time to buy an actual teeail for running as this us only good between 1- maybe 2.0 mph while working on a laptop, be prepared to mute yourself while on zoom or team meetings as it is a little noisy if you cannot get I t adjusted properly (yes, I have it set up on a tile floor, we will more than likely try gett8ng a rubber pad to see if that helps).in all I feel like I would have been better off spending 2 or 3 hundred on something, the fold feature os nice, although nit ar9und kids and pets, unless you have a corner, closet or place to store it where they cannot access it, it is not stable in the stand position if you bump it, I'm terrified that my dogs will get crushed of it falls on them in the folded position. All in all, good for under desk at slow speeds not so great at higher speeds, unless the noise, bumping and slipping don't bother you. Also the handles are not properly aligned so mine rubs the side on one side of the base when folded.

I've had it for a couple of weeks now. So far it mostly works as advertised. When it was delivered, it was left at the bottom of a set of stairs and it was pretty challenging to get it up, but once it was unpacked it is not too bad to roll it across a wood floor. I use it for walking, and it works ok. The deck feels a bit strange to walk on compared to other treadmills I've used, but given that it has to be folded and wheeled around, it seems like a reasonable compromise. I haven't even bothered to use the app because the reviews are so bad. The first time I set it up I was confused about the "SAFE" mode, but found something online about it. The first time I used it in walking mode, I was surprised that I still had to put the safety piece in to get it to start even though the cross-bar was on the floor. However, since then the safety piece doesn't take it out of safe mode anymore, no matter how the walking pad is set up. I've been able to override it by using the calibration trick, but I'm concerned about the quality. If that trick fails, I won't be able to use it anymore. I would consider returning it, but with the workaround it does what I need it to do (and I'm concerned I wouldn't be able to get it down the stairs and to the UPS place given the weight). I use it as an underdesk treadmill for a couple hours a day and the rest of the time it is against the wall. I like that I am able to use it that way.

Just received the walkingpad r2 two days ago. Arrived much sooner than expected! It’s quite heavy, so to move it and take it out of the box by yourself is VERY difficult. Overall it is an decent product, def very compact. It does the job. But the cons, it is very difficult to lift up and lower the handrail to adjust the height. I struggle with this each time I need to move the treadmill. I would not expect this to happen seeing how isn’t a cheap item. Also, I’m finding that the belt keeps moving after folding it up and when using it again. You are able to use the included Allen wrench to adjust the belt, however the instruction manual also puts caution on adjusting it too much as it could impact the motor? Still debating on whether it’s worth the price.

This treadmill works exactly as advertised! Works well, easy to use and no issues even a year later with moderate use.
