I am so glad to have bought the Walking Pad R2 Walk & Run when I did because the heat dome that has settled on the Southwest has prevented me from walking outdoors altogether. It was easy to set up, easy to operate, and I feel completely secure when using it. We had a slight squeak at the beginning, but technical service was prompt and helpful and the squeak is gone after a slight adjustment.

I researched walking pads for a couple of weeks and kept returning to this model. I wanted something I could use daily without having to dedicate floorspace for it. This pad makes my daily walks incredibly easy to complete. I love that it folds away. A mobile app is available, but I didn't find it necessary. I'm happy to simply use the walking pad on its own. I was intentional about getting a walking pad that wouldn't top out during my walks going 3.5 mph and this hits the mark. Definitely recommended!

I purchased the R2 to replace a random amazon brand walking pad I had purchased a few months prior. The walking pad I was replacing started to smell of electronic burn about 30 mins into walking. I wanted to get a pad that I could walk my 10k daily steps on while I worked. The R2 is perfect, it gives you the option to walk, jog, even run if you wanted to. The quality is great, its quiet, smooth, with no belt slippage.

The walking pad is smooth, and not noisy (I would say quiet, but I don't know the standard decible level for these kind of treadmills). The only complain so far is a very minor one. I use it under my desk, so I don't have the handlebars up. However, I have to have the kill switch plugged in for the machine to work, even though this means that the rope is just dangling down at the bottom. There is a small container for it, but it doesn't stay inside of it when I drag it the treadmill out of the way/back. That killswitch won't do me any good unless the handles are raised, so I don't know why it was designed like this. No complaints with the treadmill otherwise though. I have been using it most days for the last week since I got it and it functions great.

I bought this to help with surgery recovery, since it is very cold outside and I live in a walk up building. So far, it’s been great. I’ve only used it on the lower settings, but it was easy to set up and sync with the app.

I am glad I decided to purchase the walking pad. I like how it folds up because my space is small. It is heavy, but still easy to fold up . I love how I can do a jog on it at a pretty good pace. I am a beginner user .

After discarding the packaging and using this treadmill for about three weeks, I realized I really prefer having an incline option. This machine has been a great starter, but it may feel short-lived for anyone looking for a more intense workout.

Before we could even use it a wire separated making it unusable & requiring repair. Then we found that support was somewhere between terrible and completely lacking. The company is not built to provide quick & personal support in any meaningful way.

I received a WalkingPad (R2) that did not work. I had to return it and am still waiting to receive a new one. It’s been a month already and no sign of a new one being on the way.

Do not buy! Products have well documented. Spent a day of my life troubleshooting with no resolve. If the remote doesnt work you cant use the product!
