[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my stepmom who is big into gardening and flower beds. She has raised garden beds and I just knew she’d love to try this out! Since the bag is a lot smaller than her beds she had to do some mixing. That is one downside it’s a smaller bag so you may need multiple to fill a space—which the bag mentions how many you may need. When it came in it had no spill out and seemed fairly solid and dry. It crumbled easily and mixed well. I don’t know fully the difference in nutrients from what she was using but it did its job and things grew so I think it has plenty! I think she’d definitely buy this again or use it again if given to her (:

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Repotted this plant about two months ago and decided to switch to this product, it was half the size when I changed to this soil, and has since grown way healthier and seems to be thriving. 10/10 would recommend!

I used it to plant celery seeds for a demonstration, and they sprouted in less than a week — even though the package said it could take up to 20 days. The mix is rich, holds moisture well, and clearly gives plants a great start. I’m very impressed with how quickly and healthy the seedlings came up. Highly recommend for anyone starting seeds or growing in raised beds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Plant girly. I love everything to do with gardening. So when I can test out a new raised bed mix I am all in. This mix is perfect for all of my planting needs. It doesn’t seem to attract any unwanted pests. I also love that the odor is not overwhelming like most mixes are. I store my soil in big plastic totes and it stayed nice and dry and did not clump up. This mix has a wonderful texture to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this product because I just bought some raised beds. The bag is huge and was very full of material. Upon opening it, there is an overwhelming smell of wood. I thought it was going to be completely soil, but it’s mostly wood pieces. I placed it in my raised bed and am hoping my blueberry bushes will grow well. I wish there was more soil content instead of mostly wood pieces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this kinda late in the season (almost November) but thanks to obscene changes in climate due to fossil fuel abuse of the earth, our garden was still a little green. Having its last gasp of life, if you will. The products works great, and it’s never too late to add some nutrients to the soil, especially when it’s so close to the part of the season when everything dies and nourishes the earth anyway.

Was a little difficult to scoop with what I had, but not so much that I couldn't get it out of the bag; more packed together than hard texture. My plant bed is now fresh to finish winter, and will be ready for new plants in Spring. I liked the feeling of the mix in my hands, that it was simple to spread, and simple to wash off once I was done. High quality ingredients used, so I am confident my plants will grow healthy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was packaged well without any rips or spilling. As soon as I opened the bag, I encountered a rich earthy aroma to the soil. The soil had a nice, heterogenous appearance. It had a moist, dark composition. It was very easy to manipulate and sift through. I’m using the soil in my raised garden bed where I am planting tulip bulbs for the winter. It is a good value, and I would get it again!
