The soil is great and nutrient rich to help me grow my herbs, peppers, and other veggies. I loved using this soil from Back to the Roots and I'll buy it again..

I use it for my new plants and old plants my plants usually have been dying maybe because too much rain or because I was overly watering them. It's very soft and has the plant food in it. I haven't had one plant die since I started using it.

Now I don't have to worry about it! I can plant my vegetables and herbs and know that the soil and growing my own food is helping me feed my family cleaner meals! I love that my girls can help in the raised beds because I don't have to worry about what chemicals they are getting on their hands when touching the soil. Thank you for this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided this year to build another raised bed and used this mix in it. When I opened the bag, (see photo)... there's mold. Now I know mold does grow anywhere theres moisture, so I am not saying there was not a hole somewhere on the bag and thats how this happened, so I just took that chunk of soil out and watched as I put the rest in my bed. I planted some cucumbers in the bed and thus far theres no issues, such as disease or mold growing. It being natural and organic, I am in high hopes of getting some great cucumbers, without much effort! I will try to come back after the crop to update on any info concerning this mix.

The soil itself looks very rich unlike my clay soil on the ground. It didn't have the ugly worthless fillers that so many have in their potting soils lately. I really liked this soil and have bought more and will continue to buy this.

The thing that surprised me the most was when I purchased it I placed it in my garage before bringing it to the yard because it was raining. While in the garage for 2 days there was a great deal of bugs that found their way out of the dirt.
