[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and everything has been great so far. I have been flirty impressed with the picture quality. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the fact that LG does not have the ESPN app in the App Store for their software yet. I figured they would since they are one of the best tv brands out there and almost every smart TV has ESPN now adays.

It took me a while to complete the initial installation, despite my thorough reading of the enclosed printed documents and a follow-up email to LG for further instructions. I'm also continuing to search for ways to change the brightness so that I can see the images on the darkened screen. I probably will not purchase another LG TV.

The remote was very confusing to understand & the lack of a paper manual made things even worse! I've had a LG TV before and was very happy with it but this was the total opposite. Not user friendly at all!! I unfortunately had to return it to the store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV 6 months ago. The TV had HDMI problems right out of the box. Somtimes the ports would work, but somtimes they would not. After being told to power the TV on and off and reset it repeatedly the problem persisted. Eventually a tech guy came to the house and replaced the motherboard. The problem immiadetly returned, but after reseting the TV one time it has worked great. So, the TV appears to be fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv I bought is supposed to have really good screen from my viewpoint, but it does not seem to have any effect. Honestly Samsung has a better screen and it's not even a UHD like this one! By the way in the description it says you can view this tv from any angle but it looks worst from the sides to get optimal results sit right in front. & The smart features are slow, and once in a while struggle pointing the remote every where till it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched a lot of TVs in this size and read all the reviews and comments available. So far this TV has been amazing! Picture clarity, color and detail has been spectacular!! I will be looking for a 60" to replace my plasma after viewing the new TV! Now from the Con side: there is no manual to speak of including looking online! It took awhile to figure out how to setup the TV. I looked high and low to try and figure how to get to the hdmi side of the TV during setup tutorial. Finally found it! One other comment which might sound trivial, I attached the hdmi cable to the port on the back of the TV only to find out that is hdmi port #3. There are 2 on the side of the TV but nowhere is there any hint of order for the ports. So apparently 1 and 2 are on the side and 3 is on the back of the TV. Seems counterintuitive??! When I turned the TV and got no picture I then had to go find the hdmi call outs, hit HDMI 3 and I was good!! Need a better manual/instructions!!!

Even though some time ago we cancelled all our expensive cable TV services & instead chose FREE HD TV streaming, this LG Smart TV still offers a load of TV viewing options! Most of which we're still exploring & having fun with. AND picture quality & sound quality are great. Tx LG TV!

Bought during the Black Friday sale. Has a beautiful picture. Hubby's happy I let him buy it.

Gave this as a gift. They love it. The picture is great.
