[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv I bought is supposed to have really good screen from my viewpoint, but it does not seem to have any effect. Honestly Samsung has a better screen and it's not even a UHD like this one! By the way in the description it says you can view this tv from any angle but it looks worst from the sides to get optimal results sit right in front. & The smart features are slow, and once in a while struggle pointing the remote every where till it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV overall seems good, but HDMI port #1 does not work. We will see how the warranty process goes as I have not yet approached it. Typically, I have had good experience with LG quality; hope this doesn't end it.

The WiFi on this model drops constantly and won't connect back, it says the WiFi adapter is turned off but doesn't even have any way to toggle it! I've tried everything listed on line and it still does it constantly- I will never buy another LG product don't buy if you want a smart tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this TV set after our 60" HD conked out after only 5 years. Not mentioning manufacture names, but it starts with "V" !! We got it @ BJ's and got what is called a WHITE GLOVE delivery. They delivered it to our home and unboxed and set it up. Picture Quality and Sound is excellent. Comcast needs to broadcast more 4K programs for a better viewing experience.. We would highly recommend this LG Smart LED UHD TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice product. Disappointed that there are no av auto video out ports for my older dvd player and audio amplifier for speakers built into my home. There are optical outputs for audio but that did not help me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago, the setup was so easy! Love the high quality of the picture and the ease of personalizing the settings. There are several settings for the picture, cinema, light room, dark room etc. Plus, multiple choices for the sound. The internal speakers surround sound is impressive. Quite a deal for the price! I am very happy with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model about 2 weeks ago. I am happy with the picture clarity, but it seems dark. Other than some presets, you can't adjust the brightness like all my previous televisions. Also, we watch baseball games and have noticed a slight picture distortion with fast movements. This is my first 4K t.v, and these things I notice might just be the way the 4K's are. One last issue is with the stands, the legs are so close to the edges I could no longer use my corner unit t.v cabinet without pulling it away from the wall and topping it with a 42" x 12" piece of solid wood. I wish it had the width of the legs on the packaging somewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box the TV came in had had an encounter with a Hi-lo or some thing bigger then it. There happened to be a lot of styrofoam packing material, so no damage was done. I needed to mount the TV to a wall mount, but the bolts that were supposed to be enclosed were not there. So, to the hardware store, not knowing the thread type and proper length, I bought four of several types, and there were four of the right kind. The "Owners Manual" is the worst I've seen. A lot of useless info, but not what you need to know to adjust the TV. There should have been an entire chapter on "Settings". There seems to be no way to shut off the annoying 'gong sound' when the TV is turned on or off. At least I cannot find anything on that in the "Owners Manual". The 'Yellows' in on screen graphics are a muddy brown. In pictures, it seems to be better. The sound is not good. Voice is fine, but music quality is below standard. When exploring the "Settings" for sound, I found something that was supposed to 'enhance' the sound. By shutting the enhancement off, the sound is somewhat better. For general viewing, News, etc. it is fine, but when I watch music videos of a classical pianist, the TV seems to be unable to catch up with the speed of the hand movements. The sales person said, after I expressed concern over recovery speed, if you do 'gaming' it may be a problem, but for anything else you will be fine. I don't do gaming. I receive our TV via antenna, and one of the local TV channels (ABC) seem to have a problem with audio/video sync. It is bothersome to watch. Again in the "settings", I found something on Sync, and turned it on, but it made very little difference. Our previous set was a Sony Bravia, and we did not encounter any of these problems, except after ten years it gave out. Well, you asked my opinion, and here it is.

I really liked the smart features of the TV. However it had one serious drawback that I could not live with. The screen was like a mirror, reflecting everything behind it. Very difficult to see the picture. I returned it and went with a different brand, which was much better.
