Very first flat screen tv we ever bought was an LG...it's going on 12 years old! Have LG TVs, fridge, and w/d...love LG.

The picture is crisp, contrast is great, it was easy to set up and has decent sound without adding a sound bar or speakers. The menu system isn't as intuitive as our Samsung, but it's easy enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is very easy to set up and it is surprisingly light (not heavy as I had expected). The quick set up and the diagram of the conections make it very easy to use. The only thing I found kind of annoying is the ultra-fast talking female voice that I was not able to turn off until I got online. Never too soon! The speakers sound almost as nicely as my external speaker and I am delighted with the sound, the colors and the size. It really enhances my living room and gives me hours of great entertainment. I recommend this product, and I have always trusted LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still looks good after two years but recently the internet would not work for Netflix, Prime, Hulu. Rebooted and reset everything several times. Tried to contact LG but after wading through countless loops, gave up. Checked on the internet and found a recommendation. Took the back of the TV off and straighten out wires to the internet card and can now access Netflix, Prime and Hulu again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this TV for about a month now and I do like it however there is a learning curve coming from a non smart TV. First off the build feels really cheap (plastic) but it's also super light weight. It honestly has more features then I need or could possibly use, along with the standard set of connections it has has several installed apps. In short while not the latest or the greatest it is an affordable good TV.

First of all the picture is incredible and the vivid setting makes all scenes really make it feel as thought you are in them for real. Easy interface for users in all situations from streaming to inputs, ect. The audio is even pretty fair right out of the carton.I look forward to viewing many hours of sports and movies for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is good. The remote is horrible and not great for larger hands. Typing on the onscreen keyboard is a chore. I'm older so I would like a physical owner's manual. Not a fan of the virtual owner's manual. I will eventually get used to the TV because hey it's LG, but for now it's just ok. I'm slow to love, but I have no doubt this TV is going to grow on me. I RECOMMEND IT
