But, the TV had good ratings and it was not expensive so I went for it. Really glad I did. Nice, bright picture and the TV is very light for it's size. Good audio. A good purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the TV about three weeks and so far we like it. My husband's eyesight is getting bad and he likes the size (65"). The sound is great and I don't understand why some reviewers complained about it unless they are very deaf. It did want to do an update and I am glad it did it when I was using it as my husband wouldn't like that. He actually would like a unsmart TV but I don't even know if they exsist any more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this tv to mount above our fireplace, tv picture is fantastic, we have an LG sound bar to go along and it sounds great too! I love that I have access to my Google Play Movies & TV shows! Some of the apps (mostly the Disney+ ) take some time to load, and we had to replace the Wi-Fi card once (Geek Squad fixed it under warranty) and it's been pretty good since the fix. I wouldn't hesitate to get a newer version of this tv if I were to buy a new one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and it's an excellent TV. Plenty of connections for DVD and audio. Set up was a very easy as it automatically walks you through via initial screen prompts once first powered on and your source (cable for me) hooked up. It has a really nice Internet browser that you use via the remote and move the pointer with the arrow keys. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse on the way as typing in a search is a bit tedious (although it works) via the remote. Settings are very easy to use to select between live TV, HDMI 1 to 3, USB, etc input sources. Speaker sound is very good and you can supplement with audio out if desired (I'll hook it to my stereo later to see how that works). Overall it's an excellent product and good entertainment value for my living room.

Amazing picture clarity, tons of features, and amazing sound without the need of an additional soundbar installed. The legs that come with the set were a little concerning after install (they're plastic), but they are holding up pretty well so far.

After a few days of learning how to adjust the picture, I have the tv tweaked and tuned to where I like it. Very detailed picture. A neighbor came over and said the picture quality is amazing. I agree. WebOS works very good. Sound is decent, but I do have a sound bar. I'm satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best TV I've ever owned. The picture is sparkling. Controls are easy I like how everything lines up on the bottom. On the downside. The remote that came with it was too small with tiny little buttons. We immediately bought another remote after finding out our particular set doesn't even get to add the magic remote which looked pretty good. Also as cord cutters we have an antenna and a modem every thing set up perfect then all of the sudden our live TV stopped working. When I went to troubleshoot it. The user instruction were unclear and not all on the page. The picture showed 6 steps but only the first 2 were available to see. I'm going to need some tech support.
