[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had 4 of these TVs in my Motorhome. They all had exceptional picture quality and great sound. Have one in my house and it is a great TV also. The only issue I've had is that it will drop the Wi-Fi connection frequently which can be annoying. Went to a wired connection and no more issues.

I also have a higher end LG OLED and this unit holds its own when compared to it for a fraction of the price. The only complaint I have is the remote is not very good -- it is hard to navigate on the screen with the buttons and I just don't like the remote- The TV is fine.

It was very easy to set up...it only took my husband about 10 minutes to have it in place, connected, and working. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. My husband watches hockey and the picture is awesome (very easy to follow the puck). Great bang for the buck. We would highly recommend this tv.

The screen is a bit small ,but if you don't mind that you can't go wrong with this 2018 model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy initial setup, works great with Alexa.....mostly. Alexa controls all functions except power on. Haven't been able to find explanations for the picture settings, or how to set them all (many settings are grayed out based on which picture mode is selected) Would like to be able to adjust everything.That said, has a decent picture and easy to use interface.

The thinness of the TV allowed us to install over the fireplace with ease. The video is sharp and clear viewing from any point in the room. The separation and clarity of sound in listening to concerts on this TV is unbelievable. Gives one a front row seat without the high cost of a ticket. This is our third LG product purchase in a year and we are very happy so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the TV, but the stands are made of cheap plastic and not very stable. Where they connect to the TV is very short. I don't understand why LG thinks these 2 small, cheaply made plastic stands can hold any size TV safely. I'm afraid if someone bumps into the stand the TV sits on, the TV will easily fall over and damage the TV and possibly injure someone. I wish LG would go back to the sturdier rotating stand they had before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv a few months back and the functionality is great but the picture sucks could be a lot better its way to dark and adjusting it you dont seem to get enough brightness. Also you can connect to wifi but you cant sign into optimum online its not window portal to sign in

Purchased this tv in 2019, Manufacture date is Feb/2019. At first it was great, fast start up, good picture, ok but not great sound so my wife purchased a sound bar with sub woofer for me at Christmas 2019. Problem is the software updates they keep doing. At first the Tv started up nice and fast now July 2021 it takes up to a minute - 60 sec for the tv to get started up and load all the crap they have put onto it. a few days a go they pushed another update out which i will put off unless they force it. frankly I'm thinking of selling it due to; 1. the software updates making it slow. 2. poor sound. the mute doesn't always work so I turn it down past "0" every night. 3. all their "apps" that are in the menu that you can not delete, They force you to have app you'll never use in your menu bar. 4. when i bring up the menu bar it has always stuck to the 2nd item in the list, even when I don't want the 2nd item in the list. Frankly I just don't like the control they have over how a tv I purchased operates. it should be user definable to MY preference not someone in Youngdungpo-Gu, Seoul, Korea.
