[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased another less expensive brand prior to purchasing the LG and returned it to the store after a month because it kept giving me problems (Picture quality, software problems). This is the third LG TV that have I owned. Both of my previous LG TV's are still being used and my LG 47” TV is over ten years. I bought my current LG television more than a year ago and the picture quality continues to be excellent and the features exceed my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since We get the LG 65” TV, my kids only wants to be watching the favorite shows, the 4 k capability let us enjoy the best picture quality ever, we have 12 years old washer and dryer, 3 years old sound bar with subwoofer, my Dad has lg phone with very good battery life, having said with LG life is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement TV because my UH5530 stopped working. I like the new TV, however, I don't get the full functionality like the previous TV. It seems as if it's limited as far as setting up the settings the way that I would like, in addition, the picture quality is darker on all settings compared to the UH5530 as well aff I am unable to get Pandora not a fan of Spotify. My next question is why dont LG provide a Antivirus software to the TV, just a suggestion.

The biggest problem is with the lack of adequate documentation for its use. I have downloaded the uset's manual and it is woifully inadequate.

I bought this TV after trying 65" 4K Spectre and then a Sharp (both returned) and I couldn't be happier with the picture, depth, processing ability, and capabilities of the LG! We use FireSticks so we haven't really needed the built-in apps but the TV remote is also able to control the FireStick but sadly does not have the ability to control the surround sound controller (via optical) which the FireStick 4K is able to do. Unfortunately, I ordered it a week before the Super Bowl and it showed up 10 days afterwards (it shouldn't take that long to get from NJ to north FL!) so that's why the 4 stars.
