Little did I know that when I purchased a LIFETIME table, the company would stand behind the name and product!...have an over 10-year-old folding table that the end caps had fallen off of the table legs...makes it wobbly!...after finding the model # (white sticker on underside of table, just barely on!), the folks at LIFETIME set me up with a couple of new endcaps--NO MORE WOBBLE!...thanks for a great product, and service to match!

The Lifetime table that I bought approximately 15-20 years ago had a slight problem. The plastic plugs that fit into one of the legs wore out and broke off. I called customer service and they replaced the plugs for me. Lifetime truly means lifetime when the company stocks replacement parts for a table that was built 20 years ago. Customer service was super friendly and helpful and sent the replacement parts immediately. Well done Lifetime!

I have been using this folding table for holiday gatherings, when I need to accommodate more people, for many, many years. Two of the little pieces at the bottom of the feet broke off. I called customer service and they quickly found the needed part and ordered it delivered to me without charge. They said it would arrive in around a week. Also, the automated part of the call was short and easy without a wait. That is absolutely outstanding customer support. Thanks very much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, let me say this company stands by their products. I called to buy some table feet and the process was easy and quick. To be honest, I was a bit shocked. Most companies don't support anything further than 3 years these days. As for the tables, we have used these for a range of events, both outdoors and indoors. After several years, we have yet to see any rust or damage beyond some kids removing the feet from the tables.

I have had this table for a few years and it has held up nicely. The adjustable height legs are a big plus when you need to lower a table for children to use. Recently one of the rubber feet that protects flooring from the metal leg ends broke and I was concerned about finding availability of a replacement part. I called the 800 number on the underside of the table and an extremely helpful customer service rep guided me through giving her the product ID and model number. She took my order for 2 replacement feet and to my surprise told me that there was no charge and that I should be receiving the feet in about a week and a half. What a pleasant surprise. It is a pleasure buying products from a company who puts customer satisfaction at the top of their priority list.

This is my second 6' table from lifetime. They have made the height adjustment of the legs easier to do and I like that a lot. This is my 4th table from this company and I think they are the best. Your price for this table is $$$ less than the Costco charge for the very same table. Thanks.
