[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 6 foot Lifetime table that 'lost' a foot. I searched the website and could not find any replacement parts. I chatted with a representative and ask about those small feet. Brenna helped me identify the part and shipped 4 replacement feet at no cost! I was very surprised and very pleased. Brenna was polite and engaging and, of course, very helpful. I'm glad I purchased this table (many years ago).

As an engineer, I am very focused on the design of products. The 6-foot table I purchased is relatively light-weight for its strength. It is easy to set up and take down. With many other tables, I have pinched my fingers or hurt my hand trying to take the table down. The legs on this table lock in place very easy. Unfortunately, recently I was setting up the table and broke one of the black plastic feet. I tried to think of a way to fix it. Then I noticed the paper on the bottom that said "Lifetime". I wondered if it was covered by a warranty. I looked up the product code on the bottom of the table on the internet and found the part I needed. I called the 800 number, was greeted by a helpful person, and received the part I needed within 4 days for FREE. The customer service was great.

I was unsure if I could get parts for my 6ft table. I dislike using email but decided to try it and they responded in less than 48hrs which is great given everyone is remote and its difficult to find qualified workers. They saw the pic and provided the part number to order. Amazing experience!

This table is awesome. Lightweight enough for me to move alone, but still holds all the weight we've put on it. Lifetime support is also sending two replacement feet that recently broke off. Awesome that they stand behind their products. Will definitely buy more of their products when needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the 6ft, height adjustable tables more than 6 years. I use them constantly and like the adjustability. Several of the plastic "feet" suffered damage over time. I contacted the service folks and they supplied enough parts to repair my tables. Just wish I contacted them sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, let me say this company stands by their products. I called to buy some table feet and the process was easy and quick. To be honest, I was a bit shocked. Most companies don't support anything further than 3 years these days. As for the tables, we have used these for a range of events, both outdoors and indoors. After several years, we have yet to see any rust or damage beyond some kids removing the feet from the tables.

I have been using this folding table for holiday gatherings, when I need to accommodate more people, for many, many years. Two of the little pieces at the bottom of the feet broke off. I called customer service and they quickly found the needed part and ordered it delivered to me without charge. They said it would arrive in around a week. Also, the automated part of the call was short and easy without a wait. That is absolutely outstanding customer support. Thanks very much!

They are great as they are super easy and quick to setup and take down. Being able to adjust the height of the table has allowed us to use them in many different situations like having it lower for our young kids birthday parties or get togethers. Lifetime's customer service is A++ too!!! We needed to replace a couple of the foot plastics due to an accident breaking them. Lifetime shipped the replacement feet right away and at no cost!! I highly recommend this table & Lifetime company overall. We will always buy Lifetime products first!!

We have had this 6' commercial table for some time now and the "plugs" on the legs broke after much use. Halie was wonderful in making sure she found the correct product and got our order taken care of immediately as a warranty. Super helpful and friendly. Nice job Halie and Lifetime!!

Well made product. Absolutely love the two button leg extension and retraction feature. Other tables similar to this one can present a real struggle when extending or retracting the legs but not this one! Table is very steady even when the legs are fully extended.
