I bought this table several years ago and it has held up really well over the years. Recently my son was using the table a broke one of the black footings. I emailed the company and after providing the model number they sent me replacement parts promptly at no charge. Thank you!

Been using our Lifetime tables for a number of years; unfortunately, many of the angled plastic feet has worn out or fallen off over time. I called Lifetime and was greeted by a very pleasant helper who, after a few minutes spent confirming table model and part availability, advised me she'd be shipping replacements out immediately at no charge. I like this!

I was so blessed in finding a wonderful customer service person at Lifetime who was able to identify the bad part and send me new parts to make the table like new. We love our 30" x 72" adjustable table and have many happy memories of using it for a serving table when we have groups to our home for lunch and fellowship. Caiti was so helpful and was able to provide us with 4 replacement feet since 1 cracked from age and cold temperature.

I use our Lifetime foldable table all the time. It is a quality product. When one of the plastic foot caps broke I tied to find a replacement online with no luck. I went to the Lifetime site and contacted customer service to see if they could help. They responded the next day and said to send them info and pics of the table. That same day they issued an order for 4 new foot caps at no charge. I wish all companies stood behind their product like Lifetime. They are a role model for how customer service should be. When I need another foldable table I will look no further than Lifetime...

The parts are always readily available, are covered under warranty and are even shipped free. Excellent customer service from friendly operators.

The plastic base on the table broken and unfortunately gouged my hardwood floor when we placed these tables for a party. I called to see if LifeTime would provide a replacement of part. Heidi was extremely helpful and resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes. Thank you for all your help. You now have customer for LifeTime. :-)

Some parts to a set of tables that we have used for many, many parties broke during their last use. After a short wait for a customer service representative, they promised to ship the pieces right away. It was the most painless service experience of my lifetime (no pun?). Thank you

I have 3 Lifetime banquet tables which have been used a LOT over the years. The rubber feet protectors had deteriorated and were falling off. I called Lifetime, showed them the label from under the table (model #), and they sent me new protectors in less than a week!!
