I bought a table and really enjoyed it. I was using it at my daughters baby shower and broke the plastic feet when setting it up. I contacted Lifetime and within 24 hours I heard back with a response about getting new feet. They sent new feet without hesitation!

I had the 6', three height adjustments with rubber foot toes to protect my floors from being scratched by the metal table legs. These rubber foot toes broke off so I reached out to Lifetime to find the part number, purchase it and ship it. I was happy that Kyle replied quickly asking for more information that helped him to identify the part he needed to send. Before I knew it the part was on it's way and get this, it was free (part and shipping). Unfortunately, I didn't tell him that I needed 4 foot toes, since over time they have all broken off. So happy with the customer service and willingness to help. Much appreciated it!!! Thanks Kyle.

I can stand or adjust it to sitting level. I do alot of canning where I am standing. Just perfect for me. I will be getting a second one next canning season.

Used for fireworks displays, catering for a family bar, picnics, garage sales, school carnivals etc. etc. and love them!! Have held up so well! Lost one of the feet caps and was thrilled that you could replace them still and no charge.... not many companies would do that! Thankyou so much!!! Bought our 6' table over 10 years ago. The plastic feet finally crumbled and needed to be replaced. Went onto the website, entered the model number, and couldn't find the parts. Emailed customer service. Got right back to me and shipped 4 feet, free of charge. Can't ask for more than that!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my lifetime folding table for years. I purchased it at Costco and have used it for everything for dining table to craft project table. Recently when one of the leg rests fell off my table, customer service sent me 4 replacement parts immediately. The table is way over the warranty but Tiffany sent me the replacement parts for free I would definitely buy their products in the future

We have many Lifetime products and have over the last 20 years had a couple issues. A storage unit cracked around hinges...they replaced it. One table out of six had the feet get brittle and break...they are replacing all four feet at no charge. This company is the best!
